I was in habit to consume almost 300-350 alcohol before sleep every night from 25 years, now from 45 days I have stopped drinking totally. I also use to eat gutkha (rajnigandha + tulsi) from 25-30 years. After leaving drinking I do not feel any type of hunger and too much gas. I am a regular exerciser and use to go gym for 6 days a week for 75 minutes. This gas problem and no hungriness effects my performance in gym. I feel it to be leaky gut due to regular consumption of alcohol and tobacco. Will you suggest me supplements to get free from this problem.

My husband has a drinking problem. Twice in a week he drinks but he does not have any control of how much he is drinking. His one peg consists of more than like 90 ml. Once he starts drinking he doesn't know when to stop. He drinks until he falls asleep. It is creating a huge problem in our marriage. In social gatherings also he keeps doing the same things but he regret it later of his doings. How to control his drinking behaviour? Please suggest some medicine that will help him to control his intake of alcohol? Sometimes at once once he finishes 650 ml of alcohol in a day. It has become a huge problem. Please doctor some medicines that will limit his alcohol intake!

Please do not start disulfiram now, patient should have knowledge he is taking disulfiram, as some times it may lead to severe adverse reactions. Patient has to be educated an motivated to give up. Please consult a psychiatrist and seek help. Thank.

So I consulted a doctor in iqraa, n he completely recovered, I gave him disulfiram 250 mg for this. N stopped dis medicine after one years back. But now he again started drinking. Im confused doctor. I was taking alcohol for quite a long time. Quantity of alcohol was also large. I am stationed at surat. One day I visited vadodara for some work. There due to excess alcoholic problem I was admitted in a hospital and discharged after 5 days. I am taking medicine for high bp for more than 10 years and blood sugar for nearly two years. At the time of discharge from vadodara hospital, in addition to my routine medicine for bp & sugar, I was advised to take anxozap 30 mg three times a day (06.00 am, 2.00 pm & 10.00 night). Subsequently, after two months, I have reduced the quantity and now am taking half anxozap 15 two times a day (morning 6.00 a.m. And afternoon 1.30 pm). I have been taking for last 4 months. Alcohol consumption is reduced to a large extent. For initial three months I have not taken at all. There after I started taking once in a week. Once I start taking I cannot limit the quantity to one or two pegs. Can I get complete recovery from this.
