Telmesartan plus amlodipine 5 will keep your bp perfect, the newer version is milder and useful only if amlodipine is lowering your BP too much.
Unfortunately since cilacar is a newer product from Korea, it has not been taught to drs in our medical textbooks.

It seems you think of bp as paramount determinant of health. Measuring bp is a new phenomenon, never previously done.
It can be helpful if done as advised, but it causes plenty of difficulties if done without following the recommended methods. Correct management requires measuring it once every month or 3 months when resting comfortably and feeling ok. Measuring bp whenever one wishes too is not healthy. Hypertension symptoms usually not present even the sbp reaches 180. The symptoms you are experiencing most likely other diseases. There is no bp tolerance due to medicines. Chest pain possibly could be gastritis pain or angina pain which is related to heart. Its better to consult a physician if these symptoms become worsen.
