Dear lybrate-user
have confidence in yourself. Break down your tasks into smaller tasks so you can be more careful. Maybe the workload is too much for you. Make sure you get enough rest. A little bit of rest. Routine, exercise and healthy food can tackle may concentration problems. No harm in trying, before you jump to conclusions.
Take care.

Hi please consult a therapist and doctor, who can find out if you have other issues or symptoms also for insomnia. Before sleep meditate for 5-10 min, take a walk and use your bed only to sleep not for watching tv, mobile etc. Try to calm yourself, try to have thought free mind. All these you will have practice slowly and it will work.
If need further help can connect me on private chat.
Thanks.

Hi although this is not a medical problem but still I would like to answer.
As you have described that you like the person but not what he has become.
I would suggest you to talk to him seriously about your concerns and make a final decision based on his view for your future.
Storing your feelings and your fears with yourself will slowly start affecting your body and cause mental stress and harm.
I hope this was helpful
for any medical problem you can always consult freely.more

Stop caring too much.
Always smile back or laugh at people trying to depress you with their words or other activities. It will help you to avoid them and enhance your confidence. Do not forget to make eye contact :p.
Listen to your favourite music and spend your free time with your parents, because at the end only your parents will support you in your good / bad times.
Try to hangout or have walk with your pet if you have one :). You will learn what unconditional love is! you will fo...more

You may have had symptoms at an earlier time in your life. Ocpd is a fear-based disorder and if the fear is not identified and dealt with in therapy, you could continue to suffer. I suggest that you seek the help of a counselor too. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making you believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This of course is a fallacy but there will come a time that e...more
