I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A positive hbsag test result means that you are infected and can spread the hepatitis b virus to others through your blood. Anti-hbs or hbsab (hepatitis b surface antibody) - a "positive" or "reactive" anti-hbs (or hbsab) test result indicates that a person is protected against the hepatitis b virus.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

I feel-- the human immune system have general immunity and specific immunity to specific disease agents and the percentage is expressed by some doctors to explain to common man regarding the status of immunity --as immunity is a vast subject and to discuss in detail about the increase and decrease in immunity in technical terms may be more complicating and confusing to a common patient .----subject to corrections by my collegues.

Most people who are vaccinated with hepatitis b vaccine are immune for life. Hepatitis b vaccine is usually given as 2, 3, or 4 shots. Infants should get their first dose of hepatitis b vaccine at birth and will usually complete the series at 6–18 months of age.

There is no special food that is required by a person with tb. A person with tb does not need special food, although they they should try and have a balanced diet.
