Agar acoustic neuroma hoga toh jitna bhi chota kyun na ho, woh mri mein dikhega. Agar mri report mein kuch nahi hai, toh koi tumor nahi hai us jagah. Kaan mein awaz aur daard ke aur bhai kahi saare kaaran hai. Aur baal jharne ka karan kharab paani se nahane se / hormonal issues / pcod se bhi ho sakta hai. Toh aap ek ent specialist aur ek dermatologist ka in-person appointment kara lijiye.

Morton's neuroma involves a thickening of the tissue around one of the nerves leading to your toes. This can cause a sharp, burning pain in the ball of your foot. Your toes also may sting, burn or feel numb.
High-heeled shoes have been linked to the development of Morton's neuroma. Many people experience relief by switching to lower heeled shoes with wider toe boxes. Sometimes corticosteroid injections or surgery may be necessary.

Echogenicity (misspelt sometimes as echogenecity) or echogeneity is the ability to bounce an echo, e.g. Return the signal in ultrasound examinations. In other words, echogenicity is higher when the surface bouncing the sound echo reflects increased sound waves.

Hi
single ear is blocked means I suppose you are not able to hear properly from that side and other thing you have is giddiness ,both these symptoms require to be dealt seriously.
U might require to do a MRI to rule out acoustic neuroma which is rare but still with given symptoms you have to.
Get a proper consultation from an ENT SPECIALIST or neurootologist and get proper help.
Regards.
