Vitamin D deficiency is very common in people eating non-veg also! Most important factor which influences Vitamin D synthesis in our body is exposure to strong sunlight. Recent studies have showed that nearly 3/4th of Indian people are deficient in Vitamin D. There is no harm in maintaining a healthy vitamin D level through regular intake of D3 supplements. However Vitamin D should always be taken under supervision of a physician.

Dear lybrate-user, may I please know if you are vegetarian or non vegetarian. Because unfortunately b12 can only be obtained from animal sources. However, if you are vegetarian but drink dairy products, then its fine.
Vitamin d supplements usually donât help when taken orally as vitamin d can cause acidity like symptoms. It is better you get vitamin d through injection route.
Also both vitamin b12 and vitamin d are fat soluble, so, never eat them on empty stomach. Have them after a mea...more

Hello-
yes, low levels of vitamin d may be associated with erectile dysfunction but there are other factors which must be ruled out before reaching to any kind of conclusion. Other contributing causes of impotency include alcohol, cigarettes, arteriosclerosis, sexually transmitted diseases, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances (such as low levels of thyroid hormones) or abusive masturbation. In some instances, impotence results from the lack of sexual desire. This cause may be linked to ...more

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. Do not worry Mr. lybrate-user.200g channa is around 20 g of protein. Which is one third of your protein recommendation. Uric acid is formed if you exceed your daily recommendation over some months. And for vit d, it's best to get supplements. As it's not easily available in food and you can't get enough sun to get the required amount.
