You must watch on her blood sugar level by monitoring basic level every completion of3rd month as sometimes high and uncontrolled glucose level may cause vomiting.

No, need to be scared. This could be a result of improper digestion, may be untimely food, taking lots of outside food or junk food, loss of sleep etc. Try taking buttermilk with hing after food
hot water boiled with jeera and ajwain seeds after food

Yes, as apple cider vinegar is acidic. There is a gap of at least 8-10 hours between dinner n breakfast. And on top of that, you are taking vinegar empty stomach which increases acid of the stomach.
