Yes, as apple cider vinegar is acidic. There is a gap of at least 8-10 hours between dinner n breakfast. And on top of that, you are taking vinegar empty stomach which increases acid of the stomach. So is creating a problem. Follow this 1. Don't take a tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). You seem to be suffering from reflux disorder. Instead of only nexpro, please take nexpro with domperidone on empty stomach. Avoid spicy oily food and eating late in the night. Instead of two large meals consider having 4 to 5 small meals at 4 hourly interval if possble. Do not sleep for atleast 3 hours after dinner in other words have dinner in the evening.
