for acid reflux don't sleep immediately after eating. Drink lots of water i mean minimal 8to 10 glass in a day Change your diet. stop taking foods which cause acidity. Take alkaline foods first things in mrng. like bananas melons oats green vegetables are best for you.

you have acidity problems. Avoid eating foods than can cause acid in your stomach. Take banana first thing in morning. Avoid sitting or sleeping immediately after eating. take al least 8to 10 glasses of water a day. Eat alkaline foods in your diet like bananas oats green vegetables curds etc.
