Well give food having low sugar, give protein rich diet like fish, chicken stew, paneer etc, also can give soya chunk, give fruits, avoid any sugar items.

Ice will counteract the increased blood flow to the injured area.
It will reduce the swelling, redness, and warmth.

Post-fracture Physiotherapy is required for stiff muscles and joint mobility.
If the patient is having joint stiffness or mysclar tightness or any problem in pain free movement of hand then Physiotherapy is required.
If the patient is feeling ok in all movements of the effected hand then it's ok.

. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.
