Post-fracture Physiotherapy is required for stiff muscles and joint mobility.
If the patient is having joint stiffness or mysclar tightness or any problem in pain free movement of hand then Physiotherapy is required.
If the patient is feeling ok in all movements of the effected hand then it's ok.

. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain. You can go for wrist brace and if you want we can send you by courier.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Depending on health and injury pattern this bone can take 3-4 months to heal without surgery. Physical therapy for knee range of motion is started around 6 weeks once bone has healed enough to prevent displacement with motion.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
