Hello Lybrate user, there are various causes of pain in center region of chest with reduced appetite. It could be due to Gastro-oesophegial reflux disorder (GORD) in which, food regurgitate (revert back) form stomach to oesophagus, which ultimately causes burning pain and hyperacidity. It is most common cause of chest pain.
