There are no need to incision of your anal absceaa if you follow my prescription will be helpfull to drainage.
1) Calcarea Flour- 200.
2) Silicea - 200.
In no 30 globules.
To be taken four globules every two hourely alternate until drainage. After drainage wash with leuk warm water and given medicine should be continue four times in a day before food no 1 and after food no 2 until heal up and report me the result for next medicine or advise.

The oral ofloxacin and ornidazole drugs along with sodium fusidate ointment for the application can heal a part of the abscess only without surgical drainage. You may need to drain the abscess.
