The pelvic floor muscles are like thread between anus and penile urethra. Firsyt you contract urethral sphinture for 10 sec. Then relax exactly 10 sec. Repeat process for 15 times. When we contract penile sphicture then anal shincture also contract. Do exercise for 5 min in one hours. Repeat the kegel exercise in different position erect, lying and sitting position.
