If it is only in the mornings then it could be because of hard stool she should include more fresh vegetables and fruits in her diet and drink plenty of water everyday still it is suggested that consult a gynaecologist and get her clinically checked yo rule out any other pathology.

It could be due to hyper acidity. Take bland diet, Avoid spicy food., drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting and taking junk food Don’t skip your breakfast. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, Avoid stress. Take one tablet of Pan40 in the morning before breakfast for few days. Hernia is a clinical diagnosis and there is no pain associated with it in normal circumstances and I will suggest you to upload the image of the reports for diagnosis and further guidance and For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
