Hi there ~
there are many ways in which one might want to quit smoking. Primarily if you are smoking only 8 cigarettes per day I would suggest that you fix a quit date on which you will be smoking no cigarettes at all and you may have to decrease smoking by cutting down on one cigarettes every 2-3 days or so, such that you reach your goal of no cigarettes by the quit date. 1- Ajwain:
Take few seeds of ajwain and chew them whenever you get the craving for tobacco. Initially it might be difficult but chewing them regularly will help do away with the habit of tobacco addiction.
