Minor alterations in diet and lifestyle can help u in dealing Gastric problem. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy meals. Eat fresh food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid fatty foods. Hope this helps u.

I am 42 year old female, hereditary of dementia in my family. Now a days feeling low and get confused in words while saying. And get wrong pronunciation while speaking also. My reflexes are getting slow. I want to be fast but somehow I let the things go. I am not feeling enthusiastic now a days. I agree that in family there are some issues which are effecting my mental. Your complaints sound like you are having mild with pseudo dementia. But still, get your thyroid status checked again. Do serum free t3, free t4 and tsh levels. If they are not normal you might need to increase your thyroid medications. If your thyroids are normal then consult me for treatment of depression. Take care.

He might be allergic to some ior the other content in the shampoo you will have to avoid it and use some other alternative.

Walking definitely helps in shedding out extra calories and cholesterol and maintaining good circulation supporting your cv system. Walking should be at least 45 minutes at a stretch at normal pace to little brisk ( I say little) pace while maintaining your bp as per advise of your present doctor. You have to keep in mind your ecg reports etc too.

All organs including liver get affected. But its not over days or months. It takes years. Best way to protect your organs is to keep your sugar and bp in check by combination of diet, exercise and medication.

U pl mention your height and weight. Medicine german carbo veg 200 weekly 2 doses in morning. If there are parasites in abdomen you have to treat otherwise health will not improve. Test stool. Stop mastarbation. 4 bananas in morning. Daily for calcium weekly meat 2 times. Butter toast daily morning. Measure weight and re-measure after 15 days if no difference then report me.

A bit high. Not too much just take your dietery precautions. Avoid taking fried foods n junk foods. Added salts. N excess ofsodium rich food stuff. Do yoga or brisk walk daily. Still you can take homoeopathy rouvalfia q /10 drops/bd n revert back with in a month with a feedback.

Please get yourself tested for # Blood Sugar # Thyroid # CBC To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / gymming. Sleep well. Take deworming tablets every six month.  Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

I am 20 year old and had a surgery in my front two teeth on 1 of November and have stitches on still up there. And as I m living in Australia. I am unable to afford stich removal for the teeth. So what should I do to remove it or get a relief from it. Is it dangerous to have the stitches for too long time. And even is it possible that stitches can cause infection.

Stitches can remain in mouth for upto 10days. It can be removed after that. It will come slack and with proper light and sterelized small scissor you should be able to remove it yourself or any family member can help you out.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello. Yes. If you are going to follow do & don't with ayurveda medicine, too patients are being cured with pure ayurveda. Psoriasis is mentioned under title kustha in ayurveda main treatment is pnachkarma therapy. It's detoxification process by cleaning body. Mainly include vamana: medicated emesis virechan: medicated purgation rakta mokshana: blood letting after doing pnachkarma, internal medicine should start & remain continue. I need detail history of yours to decide root causes. 1 st treatment is too stop causative factors like sour salty spicy food virudhdh ahar milk too much eat hot & cold things simultaneously use ac too much go in sun light too much excessive heat food without oil or ghee stress etc are causative factors.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress.
