This means you have arthritis of the knee joints. Try medicines and stretching and strengthening exercises for quads and hamstring muscles. Go for daily walking. If pain continues, consider Total Knee replacement.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

There is pain in neck shoulder. What is about opinion for that pain?
Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Use lumber spine belt. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Don't do forward bending. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum

what is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Hello this addiction cannot be cured in days but it will take months and full commitment from your side. 1. Make friends around your place and go for walk in evening/morning with them. 2. Make reading books a hobby 3. Take rest for 10 minutes after every 1 hour of your work 4. Meditate 5. Start doing yoga but all these things will need full time commitment best of luck.

Actually from 1 years ago my mom left leg was paining too much and we consult many doctors but the result was same the pain wont releif.

This could be due to lumbar Spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take You may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed It may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Hi * stop playing cricket completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *make sure you wear the correct shoes. *consult sports physiotherapist. Risk factors you can change with lifestyle changes.

  • Not getting regular exercise
  • Doing a job or other activity that requires long periods of sitting, heavy lifting, bending or twisting, repetitive motions, or constant vibration, such as using a jackhammer or driving certain types of heavy equipment
  • Smoking People who smoke are more likely than people who don't smoke to have low back pain.
  • Being overweight. Excess body weight, especially around the waist, may put strain on your back although this has not been proved. But being overweight often also means being in poor physical condition, with weaker muscles and less flexibility. These can lead to low back pain.
  • Having poor posture. Slumping or slouching on its own may not cause low back pain. But after the back has been strained or injured, bad posture can make pain worse. 'Good posture' generally means your ears, shoulders, and hips are in a straight line. If this posture causes pain, you may have another condition such as a problem with a disc or bones in your back.
  • Being under stress. Stress and other emotional factors are believed to play a major role in low back pain, particularly chronic low back pain. Many people unconsciously tighten their back muscles when they are under stress.

Hi, this is Dr. Mathur from new delhi, welcome to lybrate. Your ankle pain could arise due to a number of reasons. If u've had a twisting injury to the ankle, incomplete healing of the injury can lead to persistent ankle pain. Low vitamin d levels or elevated uric acid levels can also cause ankle pain. Moreover if u're walking abnormally and putting more weight on one leg as compared to the other that can also lead to ankle pain. So get your vitamin d and uric acid levels (blood tests) fasting and get an x ray of the ankle ap and lateral views. Revert back with reports.
