Since your body clock gets affected when you stay awake at night, try to have a lighter meal during night. Also avoid taking coffee and tea to stay awake. Try to have a healthy food throughout the day. Drink lots of water.

Hello, you can take multivitamin supplement because it fulfils the need of micro nutrients. There is less support to indicate that creatine improves endurance performance and aerobic-type exercise. One thing is almost certain: if you take creatine, you'll gain weight.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. The duty of the mind is to think. Once you sit at homemand do nothing and let the mind free, naturally it will wander around negative territories. Therefore, I suggest not to sit idle. Engage in education, physicalmactiv7ties, oitdoor and indoor games, entertainment, socialization etc. Creative and busy mind do not wander into negative territory. Take care.

Your BMI is 28.7. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. Hye, Thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Any food intake depends on the diet planned the way you take it ,the amount you take in, the time of the meal as well. You must know that a single food cannot be prescribed in isolation. If your diet is planned well and you are eating right sprouts can be a part of your diet. Though you can follow some guidelines - The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

1. Make wise food choices. 2. Limit sweets. 3. Eat less fat. 4. Eat plenty of whole grain foods, fruits, and vegetables. 5. Eat often. 6. Carefully control your intake of carbohydrates. 7. Eat a set amount of food. 8. Stick to regular meal times. 9. Avoid temptation.

Hi, losing weight is simple. The right diet with a combination of exercise is the only way to do so. Eat healthy, eat small meals frequently, and eat low calorie high nutritional food. Start an exercise of 45 mins a day. Pick something that you enjoy whether it be yoga, walking, zumba, aerobics, swimming. Enjoy the process of getting transformed into a fit and healthy body.

Some of the signs of overweight or obesity include: Clothes feeling tight and needing a larger size. The scale showing that you've gained weight. Having extra fat around the waist. A higher than normal body mass index and waist circumference. Auses Obesity occurs when your body consumes more calories than it burns. In the past, many people thought that obesity was simply caused by overeating and under-exercising, resulting from a lack of will power and self-control. Although these are significant contributing factors, doctors recognize that obesity is a complex medical problem that involves genetic, environmental, behavioural, and social factors. All these factors play a role in determining a person's weight. Recent research shows that in some cases, certain genetic factors may cause the changes in appetite and fat metabolism that lead to obesity. For a person who is genetically prone to weight gain (e. G. Has a lower metabolism) and who leads an inactive and unhealthy lifestyle, the risk of becoming obese is high. Although a person's genetic makeup may contribute to obesity, it's not the primary cause. Environmental and behavioural factors have a greater influence – consuming excess calories from high-fat foods and doing little or no daily physical activity over the long run will lead to weight gain. Psychological factors may also foster obesity. Low self-esteem, guilt, emotional stress, or trauma can lead to overeating as a means to cope with the problem. Certain medical conditions such as binge eating disorder (BED), Cushing’s disease, and polycystic ovary syndrome can also lead to weight gain and obesity. BED is an eating disorder where a person has recurrent episodes of binge eating. During these episodes, the individual eats a large amount of food quickly and feels a lack of control over this eating. U NEED TO TAKE A BALANCED DIET EAT LOW CALORIE FOODS DO EXERCISE EAT More vegetables Avoid sugar.

Its good for your health for weight gainer other than that when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.
