Hi, As per your medical info you need to reduce your weight to get relief from all these diseases. To achieve your ideal weight need to make proper weight loss strategy. You may start few things like reduce to eat simple carbs like sugar, sweets, pastries. Drink enough water. Eat more veggies to satisfy your hunger.

Hi, Thanks for the queries, for proper diet plan need more medical info and your current medicine information also. So plan will be more effective. But you nay follow certain things like control food portion size and small and frequent meal add complex carbs and fiber like salad, whole grain, millets etc. Thanks.

I am 35 years old. Working as a Teacher. Travelling daily to work place by two Wheeler about 30 kms to n fro n managing home. I am feeling my works r very monotonous n not physically enough for weight reduction. I'm 76.6 KGS now differs from 75 to 78 sometimes. I am doing yoga but not helpful for weight reduction. I'm veg tn. Take egg. My work s so stressful. When I come in the evening from school to home I feel very hungry like a giant. Don't know why. Worried whether I am having ocf problem. Pls suggest an easy way to reduce weight.

Hi, Thanks for the queries. Sunitha there is no short cut for Weight loss but you may reduce weight with proper weight management plan which you may follow as per your schedule. For hunger also need step by step process but you may eat more vegetables and drink enough water to manage your hunger. Eat nuts, salad whole grain will give you advantage. Hello Lybrate user, Weight loss will be very effective or easy if given diet will close to your diet and feasible to follow. You may reduce simple carbs, and increase complex carbs and good protein like whole grain, Oats, salad soup, sprouts etc. Avoid gap in between 2 meals.

I regularly go to gym. I have been going gym from last 8 weeks. I have seen a slight change in myself. But I want faster results. Also I see that I am not able to lift heavy weights. Or do push ups or pull ups. I can do a few push ups. But I can not do a single pullup. I find guys younger than me lifting more weight and having no problem in doing pull ups or push ups. And also I wanna know that what is the ideal weight for me .you have my details .I am 18 years old. I want your to build my muscles and increase strength.

Hi, I hope you are doing good. Ideal Body weight for you is in between 75_77 kgs but with normal fat ratio and more muscle weight. For proper stamina during the activity need to focus on pre and post workout meal mainly and manage diet as per the body requirements.
