It could be due to mild fever or simply exertion. Don't worry, take plenty of sleep, eat fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Drink lots of water. Start taking a multivitamin after breakfast daily.

Start doing surya namaskar daily in morning, start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes daily. 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Psychologist,
Sometimes slowing down is the only solution for the body and mind to rest, relax and recoup. You seem to be in a hurry and that can be very tiring if you are not resting enough. If you have stress in your life then you will get mentally tired. Eating junk food also doesn't help as its poor in nutrition. Doing physical and mental exercises will help increase blood circulation and build new neuro pathways for a healthier brain. Exercise your brain with puzzles, quiz, anagrams, sudoku, crossword etc which is like a mental gym and gives it enough exercise to rebuild itself back and develop focus, alertness, concentration etc. Meditation and pranayama calms the mind and oxygen brings fresh blood and energy to the brain. Counselling will help you to remove the unnecessary clutter in life and focus your energy in what is best for you. Please click on private chat for a personalised session.

I am 17 years old female, nowadays I feel tired very often and n I'm able to concentrate on my studies also because I also feel sleepy a lot. And I can't afford to be like this because I have boards coming up. Could you please suggest me what can I do about it?

Hypnotherapist, DCS, BSIC, Advanced Trainee of Transactional Analysis, Advanced Skills in Counselling
Psychologist,
You are going to write an important public exam but let it not overwhelm you so much that you don't take time out for socialising, relaxing and exercising. Because a strong body, mind and emotional state can overcome any difficulties in life including planning for the future. If you devote all your time to studies then you are overloading your brain and body and it will certainly forget information to get rid of information overload. 1. Instead you need to study smart and save on your time and relax, have fun so that the brain gets time to rest and doesn't forget. For eg. You can use highlighter to mark out important portions, summarise the most important points and elaborate mentally, make diagrams, charts etc if you are a visual person, use all your senses to study by adding visual, kinesthetic and auditory cues, teach other students and you will brush up your portions, create and use mnemonics for faster recollection. 2. Eat light food with lean proteins, low carbohydrates, sugars and fats. Eat more of whole grains, fish, chicken, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid all junk and processed foods as they are loaded with chemicals and have a direct impact on brain functioning. 3. Take out time to exercise regularly and give your brain the oxygen boost that it needs during preps and exams. Aerobics, gym, cycling, walking, yoga. Anything that'll freshen you up. 4. You could have certain ayurvedic brain tonics which enhance memory and it's general functioning. Please see a doctor for this tip. 5. You must catch on your beauty sleep for the brain to rest adequately after a marathon session of studies. Our brain gets tired and needs to rest after a heavy activity to release all the toxins and repair damages. Dreams are a way to remove unhealthy thoughts which is important at this time. 6. Seek counselling if you re mentally and emotionally disturbed. Stress, anxiety and tensions make the brain forget much more than anything else. You willbe able to unload your stress in an unbiased space and learn tips to handle it effectively as well. These are general tips.

You should do thigh exercise and go for jogging, swimming and skipping. And don't take rice at night. Consumption of plenty of water be ensured. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts and fruits. Cheese comes in many delicious varieties, so you can pair it with your favorite dish. It has all the nutritional benefits of milk products. Most of the cheese varieties contain high amount of fat, which is beneficial for those people who are trying to gain weight. One serving of cheese can add 69 calories, as it is made from concentrated milk that provides proteins, calcium, cholesterol and fat to the body. • You can also try goat cheese with eggs and Parmesan on top of asparagus.

When I masturbate. Usually nothing is wrong, but sometimes after I masturbate, a few minutes later I have to urinate. And when I do, it is usually very painful. The feeling doesn't pass either. My scrotum usually gets tightened up, and there is painful feeling above my crotch. Usually I just sit there, drink some water and I have to urinate (if I can'nt) and very little amount of urine is come for 25-40 min. Until the feeling goes away. ANY idea what this is?

When I masturbate. Usually nothing is wrong, but sometimes after I masturbate, a few minutes later I have to urinate....
This is a normal phenomenon. There is nothing to worry about this. You can do kegel exercise daily to strengthen your muscles. You will have a greater control over your urination. Before masturbating, make sure that you pass urine beforehand. Holding urine while masturbating can cause some trouble while passing urine later on.

How to gain weight im too thin nw my parents are in marriage trails please help me?

How to gain weight im too thin nw my parents are in marriage trails please help me?
Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

I eat food very well but yet my health is not good. I am very thin. Please help me.
When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

I think that you have depression and there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hello eating less or skipping meals also increases weight. When you eat very less your body starts storing extra fat to use the energy throughout the day. Hence you start on gaining extra fat which shows weight gain. Try to avoid big meals instead have small but frequent meals. Have balanced diet. Include each food from every food group. Because fats are also necessary for your body. Just keep a check on amount and which fats you are taking. Have more vegetable and fruit. It's not only diet. It's lifestyle changes too. You may hit a plateau after few months of exercise and diet. Plateu means your weight is stuck. No change in weight. Try to make some changes in your exercise routine. Try eating carbs last at every meal after your protein and fat to break the plateu.
