Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, 3. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 4. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 5. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on.

Blurred vision could be due to other reasons. It can not be due to masturbation. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily to detoxify body. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Follow this and give feedback.

All green vegetables especially leafy ones are good for you, unless you suffer from high uric acid levels. Before cooking or preparing salad you should wash the veggies thoroughly with clean water see if they contain any imperfections Time of sleep varies from person to person. Therefore I suggest not to lie down immediately after dinner, at least an hour should be spent either taking a walk or stroll, at least do not be idle for an hour.

Hi, well, your headache could be because of multiple reasons including dietary, lifestyle, stress, anxiety, migraine, sinusitis, hypertension, acidity, personal or professional issues or any other physical problem with you. Should you feel that your headache is increasing day by day and is simply intolerable, do not hesitate to meet up a general physician in person. Should he/ she require you to refer any other doctor specializing in ent or neuro or so, you should follow as advised. In general, however, do streamline your diet and avoid sweet, oily, fried and spicy stuff. Also, restrict tea, coffee, carbonated beverages et al. Cold, hot and spicy drinks and foods be best avoided. Try avoiding pollution, smoke, dusty areas including direct blast or exposure to hot/ cold air. Consume more of fresh fruits & vegetables and stay hydrated, drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily. Amongst vegetables, onion, garlic, bitter gourd, carrot, beetroot, spinach et al help in inflammatory conditions like sinusitis & also infections. Amla helps improve immunity and protects against infections too. At the same time, streamline your lifestyle, exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, and try reducing your stress levels at work and also at home. Pressing the tip of one thumb (of left hand) against the tip of the other thumb (of right hand), for about a minute or two also helps reduce the headache. Tapotement (lightly) on the scalp too helps dissipate the headache. Take help of a physiotherapist/ masseur should you require. Do ensure to relax and de-stress everyday through yoga and meditation as relaxation relieves you of the stress and strain and is equally important for overall health. Hope this helps.

I don't know how much you sleep but sleep deprivation will affect your concentration. If you are sleeping for around 8 hours per day, that is perfect. You may be under some stress, and I do not know if you are aware of it. Find out what this disturbance is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

Hello, if you are allergic after taking meal, it is gastric disorder you are suffering from due to sluggishness of metabolism. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body to dilute acid to regulate metabolism in order to ease your problem. Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder. Tk homoeo medicine: @ nux vom 30-6? pills, thrice, @ acid sulph 30-6 pills, thrice. Avoid, junk food, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol. Tk care.

Please note -- for adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered unusually small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect. Do not take masturbation as a habit/addiction.
