To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Red meat is not good for heart and should be avoided. instead of red meat take lean meat like chicken, fish etc

You have to change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast, junck foods, over eating, cold drinks, sweets, rich proteins, etc. Take simpal food with salad, green vegitbles, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking after dinner slowly 1 to 2 km daily will help to reduce fats.

  1. Fever : Ayurveda advises do not have to take any food in presence of fever, and then after give decoction of Chirayata (Kirayata) often and often.
  2. Chronic Fever : Give Guduchi Satva churna 1 to 2 grams thrice a day with cow milk in chronic fever.
  3. Poison : Poisonous effect carried out from any insects; give 1 – 2 grams powder of Shirish Seed every two hours.
  4. Baldness : Firstly remove all hairs from scalp and then after apply paste made from ashes of elephant teeth and Rasvanti.

You should eat less but more frequently rather than filling your stomach in lunch or dinner. Take something or the other (fruit/salad/green tea/marie biscuit/milk/roasted chana) after every two hours. Cut down your breakfast, lunch and dinner by 25 %. Do not take any heavy snacks as you are eating in every two hours. Do some jiogging or play a sport like cricket or lawn tennis for atleast half an hour.

You have to follow a strict diet routine and an exercise regime of about 45 mnts everyday cut down on your consumption of carbohydrates and direct sugars eat more fresh vegetables and fruit salads and soups and a handful of nuts everyday eat smaller meals more frequently cut down on tea and coffee no alcohol or smoking or any drugs keep a regular check on your sugar levels and adjust your diet and routine accordingly don't make any change in the medication without consulting your doctor personally.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.avoid stress. take balanced diet.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. 3.Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. 4.Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. 5.Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours 6.take low amount of food at regular interval. 7.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Hello, I can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. For weight loss, include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners. I am a 52 year old diabetic patient. I have a diffusely calcified vessel wall with mild diffuse luminal narrowing in left distal anterior tibial artery and pedis artery showing pulsatile flow with elevated psv. Duffusely calcified wall with echogenic lumen suggestive of thrombosis in left distal posterior tibial artery with collateral reformation distal to occlusion. What should I do ?

Keep your diabetes under perfect control. As far as blockage is concerned treatment depends upon the symptoms. If there is numbness, pain in the foot, foot is colder than the other side, or the foot is becoming weak. Then you need treatment. It may be with medicines or in sever cases surgery may be needed.
