Hi, the medicines that you are taking may cause acidity. So first stop those medicines. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Hello, as the child is walking with support then its not much to worry but do keep a track and start training slowly. Also vit d3 is needed for all kids so give baby that as advised to you. Let us know if any other concerns. Take care.

If you have develop no allergies then nothing to panic about. Mostly avoid drinking milk or milk products for 4-5 hours after eating fish.

Do regular exercise which will help to burn fat like push ups, sit ups etc. Along with this eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Use extra protein like fish, egg white, lean meat to lose weight. Use healthy fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals. These are basic but you need some extra for quick and scientific result consult privately on lybrate.

Dear, Whatever you are eating now, you should probably double it.  If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six.  You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal.  This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.  500 extra calories a day = 1 extra half kg gained per week.  Whatever you’re eating now, add an additional 1000 calories (spread throughout the day), and you’ll put on 1 kg a week.  Not just any calories though…Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories.  If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point:Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts.  Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Thanku!

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet. You take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning.

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for more than 2-3 hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Hi. Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1 tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10 ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 pm 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13. Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15. Have fruits only in the noon time. To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects
