Do medical check up if you are suffering from thyroid problem or not. Do exercise regularly. Eat small amount of food frequently. Do not skip meals. Use supplement in this purpose. Use watery vegetables, whole fruits. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use extra protein to lose weight. Use lukewarm water after meals. Take proper rest at night. These are helpful but for more specific guidelines for you consult me privately on lybrate.

What is linden?

Tilia is the name of the genus that contains varieties of trees named linden, whose flowers, leaves, and extracts have been used for medicinal and decorative purposes for many years. The tilia genus members are often also called lime or basswood, and the different types of linden have slightly different components and effects. Tilia cordata is the strongest type of tree, in terms of its medicinal effects, and is commonly known as little-leaf linden. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach early morning. 1 tsf hingwastak churna 1 hr after meals in afternoon. Do walk daily early morning. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid red chilly and oily food Stop taking Bed tea ..and limit ur tea and coffee intake.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. Pimples i. E. Acne vulgaris has many causes such as oily skin, digestive disorders, intake of excess fatty food etc. Since you have not mentioned your food habit, your life style and what type your skin is, I could just advise you to follow some simple measures and check the result after 15 days. Whenever you come home from outside wash your face with a facewash. Also wash your face before going to sleep and after waking up. Drink plenty of water. You can make a schedule of drinking 200ml water (one glass of water) after every one hour. If you have a habit of adding extra table-salt on your food then stop it immediately. These are very simple measures. Follow these for 15 days. If your problem is not reduced after 15 days then you may need a detailed consultation.

Symptoms, Causes and Treatment of Cervical Dysplasia

Cervical dysplasia is a type of condition, which occurs before cancer. This condition is associated with abnormal cell growth occurring in the cervix, uterus, vagina and endocervical canal. Cervical dysplasia is most commonly caused by the human-papillomavirus and is a sexually transmitted infection or STI. This disease is common in young women under 30 years of age. It is worth noting however, that cervical dysplasia can occur at any age whatsoever. Here are the causes of cervical dysplasia.

Causes:

  1. HPV infection: An infection caused by the human papillomavirus is the main reason why cervical dysplasia occurs. It is worth noting that HPV is most commonly transmitted through sex.
  2. Smoking: People who smoke are twice as likely to suffer from cervical dysplasia in comparison to those who do not.
  3. Immunosuppressive drugs: These are more likely to cause cervical dysplasia because they weaken the immune system of your body.
  4. Organ transplant: Organ transplant also increases your chances of cervical dysplasia due to the fact that it weakens your immune system.
  5. HIV-AIDS: This is a disease, which also weakens your immune response and therefore increases your chances of contracting cervical dysplasia.

Symptoms:
There are not too many symptoms of cervical dysplasia and it can only be diagnosed using a Pap test without, which more complicated tests have to be performed.

Treatment:
Once the diagnosis for this is complete, several factors will have to be considered before deciding, which treatment to give the patient. These include the age of the patient and the severity of the condition. However, in most of the cases women who have cervical dysplasia are not treated and the cell growth goes away on its own however when it is treated the following treatments are used.

  1. LEEP
  2. Cone biopsy
  3. Cryosurgery
  4. Electrocauterization
  5. Laser surgery

Yes taking medicines for weight loss are harmful and so are some of the diet supplements. At 20 your target should be to reduce weight @5 kg per month. You will see sudden loss in first month, may be less in next month, don't get discouraged, after 3rd moth weight loss will be rapid and stable. Do join a gym and take help from a qualified instructor, eat everything healthy but no charts, because being conscious of weight loss will not help you, make it a habit to eat a list of items and to avoid other list of not to eat. Cut down on fats to bare minimum but do take healthy fats like a spoon of honey added to lemon juice and warm water, every morning on empty stomach plus eat a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Eat lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take one meal of daal roti chawal but no in between beinging. Do weigh yourself only once a week and don't be obsessed with body.
