Hello since its diagnosed as a osteoarthritis (oa) of knee, the physiotherapy treatment will depend upon the stage of oa. Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

For sciatica pain do have ift and laser physiotherapy treatment for 12 days and continue spinal flexion and extension exercise twice a day for about 10 minutes regularly use only firm hard and even mattress for sleep and calcium rich foods should be consumed regarding swimming is good but not during pain and can be only walking inside water till thoracic level to and fro and zig zag walking too may helpful, about 15 minutes in alternative days and if skin itching happens it is due to water problem so avoid using those pools regards

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. You can take any medicines from pathy of your choice. Being an orthopaedic surgeon, I would like to advise you some exercises for knee and some precautions to be taken to increase strength of knees and decrease pain. Cycling and swimming are good for knees. Avoid squatting and sitting cross legged and you will get long term benefits.. Hello, Lybrate user, Apart from deficiency of Vit'D' you are obeased, So,greater factor for leg pain is obesity ,hence, try to reduce your obesity ,first, please. Obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Rule out these symptoms for kidney stone by getting a USS (scan of abdoman)Probably it must be something like uric acid stone in kidneys After this you can go for a cancer check up and also it could be urinary inflammation ??

Hi pain in the shoulder usually happen due to weak rotator cuff muscles so start strengthening the muscle and apply some hot pack for relaxing the tensed muscles.
