Green Tea/ Coffee / Honey Lemon /Aloe Vera etc. These are all general health tonics. But have NO effect on weight. There is no system in the body by which any of such medicines/concoctions can travel inside the body and burn fat. Body fat is accumulation of excess food a person has consumed. Such excess fat can only be burnt by Intensive exercise. Just like the petrol in a car can only be consumed if the car moves. Avoid spending money/time over such Magical Weight reduction stuff. Because none of it works. Healthy diet and daily exercise is the only way out.  If excess food is the problem. Then reduction of food is the solution. We need to change our mind before we can change our body.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello! you ideal weight should be 61 kg (+/- 5 kg according to your structure and muscle percentage). If you lost that much in a month then its not normal and not healthy too. Go for a doctor.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones.
