I am little bit weak, please tell me about gym schedule or alternative way to become healthy.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

You can take homoeopathic medicine Alfalfa Mother tincture - 10 drops three times daily half an an hour before meals .Take healthy balanced diet - green vegetables, fruits, milk, soyabean, if you are non vegetarian you can take egg and chicken.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Which diet for fast weight gain?
Hello to gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Lift Weights, do free body weight exercises. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear Lybrate User, *Practice physical exercise, yoga, breathing exercise. Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. *Avoid soft drinks, salty, spicy, dry junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Do not skip meals. *Take dry fruits. *Avoid stress, Sleep in time.

First of all get a check up done. You could be suffering from appendicitis. Secondly to gain weight, eat more than required calories so that your body can store calories and grow. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Hello, Alcohol puts body on standby mode,resulting in accumalation of unwanted fats. Alcoholic or non alcoholic beer doesnt contribute to healthy well being. Alcohol in any form is no way lead to weight gain.

Dear lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to increase your muscle mass by having a well balanced diet with more of proteins & doing regular exercises - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts - have a protein food item with each meal & also as a snack in between meals to consume more proteins - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, also do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week, include yoga & deep breathing in your morning schedule to keep yourself fit - weigh yourself once a week to monitor your weight gain.
