Dear, you must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve her problem. Let me know if she is willing to undergo counseling sessions and tailor made psycho therapy through mobile. Take care.

Its almost like a loss of a loved one when someone whom you love dumps you. It will take sometime for you to accept and come out of the trauma. All you can do is be optimistic. Be with friends and family, people who understand you and you feel comfortable with. Engage yourself in a productive activity of your liking. Pamper yourself. Go on a vacation. Enjoy with friends and cousins. If you still continue to feel sad and her thoughts continue to ruminate, consult a psychiatrist personally for counseling. Tale care.

Dear friend, when one takes alcohol regularly, one does so to get a high but one should realize the everything is a combination of polar opposites. One dosen't realize that the high in the night is the reason for the low in the morning and it is directly proportional to its intensity. So you are kind of trapped and you fail to assess that the high is bringing a demand of another high and low as an outcome! place a big picture of fatty liver, in the room you often take alcohol in. Everyday look at it and chuck it out when you feel, enough is enough.

This must be pretty severe for you to quit your job!!! You must seek the help of a counselor especially to get some education about emotions particularly fear. You may be suffering from poor self-confidence and poor self-image. There is abnormal fear and it could do with some contribution from your upbringing. Perhaps you experienced strict parenting, or you were intimidated by dire consequences for failure; perhaps you were brought up believing that you were not as good as others; perhaps you were forced to show undue regard for elders and felt inferior around them, etc. In the meantime, you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Anyway what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well-being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. You need to attend personality development courses, personal grooming courses, conversational skills courses, and definitely a good education will empower you to boost self-confidence and by default self-image. Learn never to compare yourself with others: you are unique and there is only one of your kind, ever. If you let that sink in and appreciate who you are truly, you will go places.

What are the harms of flavoured hukka?

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist,
Hookahs are water pipes that are used to smoke specially made tobacco that comes in different flavors, such as apple, mint, cherry, chocolate, coconut, licorice, cappuccino, and watermelon. There is hardly any difference in the harm various flavors have on the net effects as such. Although many users think it is less harmful, hookah smoking has many of the same health risks as cigarette smoking. They inhale more tobacco smoke than cigarette smokers because of the large volume of smoke they inhale in one smoking session, which can last as long as 60 minutes. Hookah smoke contains high levels of toxic compounds, including tar, carbon monoxide, heavy metals and cancer-causing chemicals (carcinogens). In fact, hookah smokers are exposed to more carbon monoxide and smoke than are cigarette smokers. It is linked to lung and oral cancers, heart disease, and other serious illnesses. It delivers about the same amount of nicotine as cigarette smoking, possibly leading to tobacco dependence. The smoke poses dangers associated with secondhand smoke. Smoking by pregnant women can result in low birth weight babies. Hookah pipes used in hookah bars and cafes may not be cleaned properly, risking the spread of infectious diseases.

Sudden stoppage will cause some withdrawal symptoms, and it certainly is not something you should do on your own. Please consult your doctor and let him/her decide whether you must discontinue or not. Ideally, medicines must be gradually weaned off, and your reactions noted for further action. Only the doctor who has prescribed the dosage will know when and how much to withdraw.
