I am suffering from skin disease (ring worm) from last 4 years I have used my medicines but they have no affect sir please say any way to cure that.

Dear, you have not mentioned the location of your skin problem. Ringworm easily affects those areas of the body which remain moist (which sweat more) like armpits, groins, scalp, between toes etc. Take care that you dry these areas throughly after bathing. You could use a dusting powder also. Try the homeopathic ointment chrysarobinum (acid chryso). If the problem is long standing, you would need to take medicine after detailed case taking. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. Initially you need to gain healthy weight to maintain stamina and energy. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial. Do not start your day with tea. Do not skip breakfast or delay breakfast in the morning. Eat a healthy breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up. If that is not possible then do not have tea to start the day. Have milk fruits or nuts. And then breakfast after 1 hour is fine.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, dry fruites, fruites, eggs (if you takes) milk end milk products will help you. On dark circales rub dermacid cream morning end night. Wash face with neem face wash morningvend night after wash than apply cream. Do arobic excersices, yoga or walking daily. You take liv 52syrup 1 spoon 30 minuties before lunch end dinner.

Hi. First check your hemoglobin levels. Low levels can lead to fatigue. Instead of heavy meals have small frequent meals. Have at least 2 - 3 litres of liquids including water, buttermilk, nimboo pani, coconut water. You may also be deficient in protein, certain vitamins and minerals that's why your stamina seems to be low. Try and have well balanced meals every 2 to 3 hours. Increase your intake of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and have protein rich sources in diet like milk and milk products, pulses and dal, egg chicken fish if you are non vegetarian. Reduce intake of junk food. Exercise also boosts your energy. You can for walk or any other sport you enjoy.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

You are 20 and your weight is 46. It should not be a matter of concern. However you can start 30 kernels of sprouted pea nuts, 50 gms of sprouted black gram or dried peas or masoor to every day's diet. In addition you should devote some time at least 4 days a week to yoga.

If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Toned body can be made by proper diet + Exercise. For exercise you need to tone your arms - shoulders - abs - waist - lower waist - thighs and legs. There is no need to go to gym because most of the gym trainers are just body builders who can only guide you for weight lifting and nothing else. You can manage your own fitness at home through a combination of Jogging - Yoga - Equipment free exercises - Skipping - floor exercises. At least spend 60-90 mins every day on body toning. How much time it will take. Depends on what is your current state now and what you want to achieve. But for any clear - visible change at least it will take six months.
