Hi - I advice to eat more rice, rice based meals, potatoes with khchdi, poha, dalia, porridge during break fast or when you feeling hungry. Fried rice, polao at home with dry fruits, more high calorie foods like some organic eggs, lean meats, all meals added with butter or ghee, chana, pudding, kheer, parotha with potatoes are good. Banana, all dry fruits, nuts, cashew, almonds can help you a lot.

Diet plan for weight gain In the present, where countless people are trying to lose their weight, there also many people who are underweight, and trying to gain some weight. While, being thin is something that, an over weighted person is dreaming about, it is not such as enjoyable feeling to be skinny for a thing person. At the same time, being too thin can also lead to many kinds of health-associated problems. Therefore, it is extremely essential to put on some weight. If, you also an underweight person and trying to gain some weight then, a healthy diet plan can help in this regard a lot. However, the fast foods and sweets can increase the weight; also accumulate fats in body, which are not healthy. Thus, it is necessary to follow a healthy diet plan that is healthy and nutritious. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to eat more than normal. The diet should be high in calories and proteins. High proteins intake is necessary for muscles weight. You should not stop or minimize the intake of carbohydrates and fats at any condition. At the same time, you must remember that all these foods are excellent sources of energy, which is essential for the body to function. Moreover, you should break your three meals into five or six sections. For instance, you can add 3 or 4 snacks with your three heavy meals. First for gaining weight your body metabolism should be good, with regular bowel habits. Secondly if you have some health issue it should be corrected. Regular food, good sleep, take protein rich food and exercise is necessary. Protinex powder one and 1/2 tablespoon in 1/2glass of milk regularly at night for 2 months.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Dear lybrate user, you should avoid carbohydrates from your diet. Take protein, salads, fruits fibre food etc. Drink plenty of liquids in a day. Avoid sugar and ghee.

Hi lybrate-user, not only orally medicine gives you relief. Tinea (Ringworm) Ringworm is a skin infection caused by a fungus. Ringworm can affect skin on your body (tinea corporis), scalp (tinea capitis), groin area (tinea cruris, also called jock itch), or feet (tinea pedis, also called athlete's foot). Often, there are several patches of ringworm on your skin at once. CAUSES: The ring worm infection, also known as tinea, is caused by fungi called dermatophytes and not by worms. The fungus can live off the dead tissues of skin, hair, and nails. SYMPTOMS: 1) Itching 2) Red, circular patches on skin Ayurvedic Tinea (Ringworm) Treatment: According to Ayurvedic philosophy this problem is diagnosed as “dadru”. The involved dosha is kapha- vata. Kapha is an Ayurvedic humour, which symbolizes mucus. It is cold, heavy, dense and sticky in nature. Vata is another Ayurvedic humour, which symbolizes air or wind. It is cold, dry, subtle and mobile. Kapha and vata dosha manifest in the skin and cause accumulation of toxins. These toxins accumulate in deeper tissues of skin like rasa (nutrient plasma), rakta, (blood), mansa (muscles) and lasika (lymphatic). These toxins cause contamination of deeper tissues. Contamination of deeper tissues and aggravation of kapha/vata dosha leads to ringworm. Third involved dosha is pitta. Pitta is third dosha which symbolizes heat or fire. Thus it is tridoshaj disease, in which prime involved doshas are kapha and vata. Diet and Lifestyle Advice: 1) avoid very fired, spicy, sour and excessive sweet foods. Citrus fruits (lemon, lime, orange), chutneys, sauces, pickled food, mustard and vinegar should be avoided. 2) avoid foods made up of white flour such as bread, cakes, pastries, pizza etc. 3) You should avoid artificial foods, fast foods, cola drinks. Tomatoes, excessive salt should be avoided. 4) Non- veg foods should be avoided completely. 5) Tea, coffee, alcohol and smoking are also pitta aggravating. Milk product like yogurt should be avoided. Rather than these foods stress on foods, which are sweet, blend, alkaline in nature. 6) Foods that should be included are grains, rice, pasta, beans, breads, dairy products, sweet drinks and juices. Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Weight gain, stamina and strength depends on healthy diet. Exercises and good sleep. Daily one glass beetroot [ chukunder ] juice for 15 days and daily eat 2 banana in the morning.

I advise you to meditate and avoid masturbation. Dedication, meditation, and medication are the ways to fight with it. Strictly avoiding that triggers which compel you to do masturbation like porn, friends and privacy etc. Doing regular yoga and aerobics will definitely help you. Healthy diet like fresh fruits dry fruits specially dates almonds anjeer etc avoiding fish egg n chieken strictly mutton can be taken. And last not least medicine.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
