Age 25. I have asthma. So please let me know how to reduce this asthma? It's level 2nd.
Asthma is curable completely with ayurved no matter of level. Vaman is very effective in that case. Or you can directly go with suvarna rasayan treatment. Do's 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. Don'ts 1) smoking -active or passive 2) exposure to allergens air pollution 3) avoid visit to gardens 4) stop the self medication. Paracetamol also increases the risk of asthma by 27 %. 5) avoid outside food 6) avoid preserved packed food 7) oily food should be avoided 8) cold drinks and ice-creams. Asthma = https://www. Hi you can not get rid of sinusitis. Certain precautions can be taken during an attack of sinusitis to avoid further worsening. You should start with steam inhalation twice a day. That will help in clearing up the phlegm collected in sinuses also reducing the headache if you have. Nasal blockade will be due to allergy can use nasal decongestant drops to open up during night but keep usage occasionally. You can have cold water but not the chilled ones. Avoid exposure to dust that precipitates an attack of sinusitis. Get an x-ray of sinuses done and nasal endoscopy done that will give a better picture of how severe is sinusitis accordingly treatment can be started. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user, we are sorry to hear that your father is suffering. For pain relief opioids can be used which can be oral or can be used as a skin patch which works for upto 3 days. This comes in various strengths. In this era of targeted therapy, chemotherapy is not the only available treatment. Also, there are many myths associated with chemotherapy use, with improved supportive care, chemotherapy is not only effective but is safe and relatively hassle free. There are also multiple oral targeted agents (not chemotherapy) available for lung cancer which if used in patients with certain specific genetic mutations in the tumor are extremely effective and well tolerated. I suggest you would do better by seeking help of a medical oncologist who can guide you regarding targeted therapy and pain relief so as to make your father more comfortable and have a better quality of life. Best wishes.
