Hello- seduction is a art and you have to practice that in order to be perfect. >talk dirty to your wife, always perform foreplay, kiss the sensitive areas of your wife (apart from vagina and breasts), can also indulge in mutual masturbation techniques.

Sir now a days my skin is not looking healthy. Sir may I know the reason and solution plz.
Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Eat your five-a-day Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone. Vitamin C Vitamin C is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin. Cut out crash diets Repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your skin, causing sagging, wrinkles and stretch marks. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins too. Over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect on your skin. Stock up on selenium Selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It works alongside other antioxidants such as vitamins E and C and is essential for the immune system. Studies suggest that a selenium-rich diet can help to protect against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. One way to boost your intake is to eat Brazil nuts. Just four nuts will provide the recommended daily amount (RDA). Mix Brazil nuts with other seeds rich in vitamin E as a snack or salad sprinkle. Other good sources are fish, shellfish, eggs, wheatgerm, tomatoes and broccoli. Vitamin E Vitamin E protects skin from oxidative (cell) damage and supports healthy skin growth. Foods high in vitamin E include almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils. Drink up Skin needs moisture to stay flexible. Even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and slightly grey. Drink six to eight glasses of water a day - all fluids count towards your daily allowance, but water is the best. If you work in an office, keep a large bottle of water on your desk to remind you to drink. Herbal, caffeine-free teas are good too. Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, both can age the skin. Don't be afraid of fat Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats - the types found in avocados, fish, nuts and seeds - provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturiser for your skin, keeping it supple. These fats also come packaged with a healthy dose of vitamin E (a vitamin many of us lack), which will help protect against free radical damage. Eat more phyto-estrogens Phyto-estrogens are natural chemicals found in plant foods (phyto meaning plant). They have a similar structure to the female sex hormone oestrogen and have been found to help keep our natural hormones in balance. There are different types, some are found in soya bean products (isoflavones), whereas others are found in the fibre of wholegrains, fruit, vegetables and flax seeds (lignans). Include phyto-estrogen rich soya, wholegrains, fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet. Opt for omega-3 Make sure you get enough omega-3 and omega-6 fats. These are essential fatty acids which mean they cannot be made in the body and must be obtained through the diet. You will find omega-3s in oily fish and plant sources such as flaxseed oil, linseeds, walnut and rapeseed oil. Omega-3 fats encourage the body to produce anti-inflammatory compounds, which can help skin, particularly inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psorasis. Go for low-GI carbs Eat plenty of beans, pulses, porridge and other slow-releasing carbohydrates. These release sugar into the blood stream gradually, providing you with a steady supply of energy and leaving you feeling satisfied for longer and therefore less likely to snack. Avoid high GI carbohydrates like biscuits and sugary drinks, as they lead to production of insulin, which may damage collagen and accelerate wrinkles. Don't forget zinc Zinc is involved in the normal functioning of the sebaceous glands in the skin (which produce oil) and helps to repair skin damage and keep skin soft and supple. Zinc-rich foods include fish, lean red meat, wholegrains, poultry, nuts, seeds and shellfish.

Inner thighs may get dark complexion if melanin pigmentation of that area is increased or sometimes when the dead cells of skin on that area are not being removed naturally. * you are advised to destress yourself & wear loose under garments which do not compress the blood supply around the thighs. * mix 1 teaspoon of mustard oil in 3 big spoon of gram flour (besan) & add 1 big spoon of oat flour in it. Make paste of it by adding sufficient quantity of water in it. Apply it on inner thighs for 10-15 minutes. Remove it slowly without washing. This will naturally remove the dead cell of neck which give you a good looking thighs area after few application. * practice thighs exercises like cycling & running to increase the blood supply of thighs. * follow the yogasana such as sidhasana & padmasana.

As I haven't seen pic of your skin problems I can not suggest particular remedy. But I would say one thing that as we know that way to the man 's heart is through stomach. In the same way way to the liver and skin toxicity is also through stomach. Eat less. Take more liquids and vegetables to prevent constipation. Take bath twice a day. U can also apply coconut oil on skin manifestations. Avoid phenolic soaps.

My face is getting oily and having dark circles on eyes what should I do for getting rid of it?
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week. For Dark Circles: Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health.

Aclind gel or D acne plus gel once daily for pimples. For marks. Demelan cream to be applied twice weekly at night (very little on affected area only). Even better treatment would be to do peels. Combination fruit peels can be done once in a month to remove all pimple marks.
