I have acne marks on my whole back body like buttocks, waist and shoulders. Please suggest me the way to remove them as I have tried aloevera gel and even potatoes and scar removing creams on them but nothing works. Please suggest some ways or medication to remove them.

I have acne marks on my whole back body like buttocks, waist and shoulders. Please suggest me the way to remove them ...
Hello mam. The scar marks left by the acne in the thick skin like back, are usually hyperpigmented, fibrotic and hard. The aloevera gel will just act to soothen the superficial layer and do not penetrate deeper. There are few body lotions which can help you in lightening the scars and give you an even tone. The duration, the extent of the scars, the frequency of occurence, type of skin and the associated factors like dandruff etc will let us decide the appropriate treatment. U can respond by text, telling the details to proceed further.

What are the benefits of ashwagandha. How it takes water or milk. And any side effect of ashwagandha in human body.
Ashwagandha is good for nerves, stress, tension and anxiety. Take with water for better absorption. Do not overdose - take 2-4gm of powder or 500 mg to 1000 mg capsule per day. It can cause sedation, better take before sleeping.

For gaining weight first of all you have to make sure that you don't have any worms in your stomach sometimes there are worms in the stomach and people do not realise it which leads to a major problem in weight secondly start doing surya namaskar in morning without any fail surya namaskar will give you energy which in turn will help to gain weight when you eat your meals make sure that you're putting extra cow ghee in your meals specially on dals and vegetables involve yourself in some sports activities or physical activities where you sweat because once you sweat your appetite is incresed and you eat more than your hunger, almonds is also a good source of nutrition and it should be taken in morning after suryanamaskar for your beard the problem is not very serious because every part of a body which has hair growth needs blood circulation and oxygen so that the ph 7 level is good so to increase blood circulation on your face you have to learn how to do shirshasana by an expert. If you can start to do shirshasana under a expert coach and you are serious for it you will learn in 10 days.

I couldn't control my mind in the nights when I am going to sleep. It starts thinking many useless thoughts. Because of that I couldn't have a proper sleep. So please suggest me to rectify this.

I couldn't control my mind in the nights when I am going to sleep. It starts thinking many useless thoughts. Because ...
When you are going to sleep try Mindful breathing: The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them.  Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing.  Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing.
