I have almost 10 egg whites a day. This is because I gym hard and eggs are the only source of good protein. But I am having stomach problems like loose motion and all that. What should I do? Will I stop eating eggs?

Kindly stop eating eggs, I strongly suggest that you replace non-vegetarian foods with pure vegetarian foods ( NOT to eat eggs which has lot of cholesterol also ) and take fresh fruits also. Non-vegetarian foods are not natural for human body and can cause lot of harm in long run such as high cholesterol levels , obesity , blood pressure , blood sugar , heart problems , blood vessels damage and similar many problems, In fact , it is scientifically proved that Humans are biologically herbivores ( vegetarians ) , so eating non-vegetarian is against law of nature for Human beings. Regarding protein sources , many vegetarian foods provide ample quantity of proteins like lentils , beans , pulses , peas , milk , paneer. Vegetarian foods are best for your overall health. Please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables , salty foods , spicy foods , long preserved , frozen foods , junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided. In addition , walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day. It has been proved that a genuine meditation process helps in sugar and overall well being.

Back pain. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello lybrate user, type 1 diabetes usually symptoms begin as polyuria, polydispsia and polyphagia with associated weight loss in a young person 15-20 yrs. Any intercurrent illness may precipitate diabetic ketoacidosis during which they develop severe abdominal pain, vomitings. Most of the people come for evaluation of weight loss.

hi suraj here is the best remedy for you do try this Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Medicine will depend upon sugar level.

For prevention of hair loss follow these instructions: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. Lastly, The last step is crucial as it seals in the nourishment. Try making this mask at home. In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. For relief from dandruff: Apply curd on the scalp for atleast 15 min twice in a week and sit in sunlight.

You are going to feel isolated like this for some time as one always keeps comparing delhi with bombay. Once you realise that apples cant be compared with oranges, your issue would start resolving. Also in mumbai one has to take an initiative in introducing ourselves to people and then you would surely get the returns.

Hello. Most creams have little effect in lightening acne marks. Attach your close up pictures of pimple marks if possible for correct assessment.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Simple things like exercises, certain yogasans, working out, and walking twenty minutes after each meal will definitely help your body to lose weight gradually if done daily and systematically. Diet is a very important factor. You could reduce the intake of rice and use more wheat products instead. Also taking wheat gruel added with a little honey as one time meal everyday or taking a glass of water (never warm or hot water) added with half teaspoon of honey daily morning on empty stomach also will help you a lot. I am doing Abbs exercise from about 3 and half months but I am n getting any results, this is making me hopeless what should I do?

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Follow these guidelines. Do regular exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and other muscle building. Eat extra. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use refined foods extra. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use whole cream milk. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use more healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.
