You will need an antiageing cream containing retinol. Use that cream at night. Use sunscreen in morning. Continue the cream for 4-6 months to see difference.

Elocon is a strong steroid for the face and long time use of this medicine can cause this problem. Use Elocon alternate day for 1 week then twice a week for next week and then stop it. When you are not using elocon use florozone cream twice daily. Let me know after 15 days

Please help me.
Acne is due to hormones and dandruff. You will need oral medicines and topical creams. Medicated facewash and shampoos should be used on a regular basis. Based on the improvement with creams and tablets chemical peels can be done which will help in decreasing the acne.

I have heat boils in my face. I was used framycetin cream but not change. What I should do.

Framycetin cream is not that useful nowadays. Try using Fusidic acid cream on the boils. Just confirm first if they are not acne and then start applying the cream. If that also doesnot work then you might require antibiotics to control the infection and you will need online consultation.

Thin hair is due to hormones. It could be start of male pattern baldness. You will need oral medications and topical lotions to decrease the effect of hormones and improve the density of hair. Use medicated shampoo like Scalpe twice a week to decrease dandruff.

Donot worry about her skin color. Just enjoy the motherhood currently. The color of babies change a lot. If she has dry skin then donot apply besan or any other powder while bathing.

Please do not run behind fairness. These skin fairness creams like skinlite damage your skin and sometimes they ruin it so much that you would think you were better with dark skin. Donot use any fairness creams. Use Florozone cream twice daily.

PLEASE DONOT USE Clobeta GM on your face. I don't think she/he is your friend. Looks like enemy to me. This will ruin your face. Acne are because of hormones and dandruff. You need to use a medicated facewash along with creams to decrease the acne. Also sometimes antibiotics are also required.

There are special medicines for making you fair. I would suggest a in clinic or online consultation wherein I can explain to you the benefits and drawbacks of the medicine and how long they need to be taken.
