High sugar levels during pregnancy does not necessarily lead to diabetes after the baby is born. It is a natural tendency for the body to produce more sugar to feed the baby. But ofcourse, you have to take care. To reduce weight, dependency on medication and to remain healthy, it is necessary for you to adopt a very healthy lifestyle that includes adequate exercise, diet, relaxation techniques and positive care for you baby. Do not aim for 55 kg. Aim to have a healthy, flexible and strong body and mind.

I am having pain in my ankle to knees section for last year and have been facing it. I am an IT professional and have a desk side job. I also face problems walking for distance these days and develop severe pain at night.

If you are suffering with RA then it needs certain purification therapy for complete relief. Take warm water regularly after food. Drinking lemon water on empty stomach daily will help you. Avoid heavy work.

food items dont have a direct effect on arthritis. However regular consumption of these food can cause weight gain which in turn can increase the progression of arthritis.

You did not tell your height. Vitamin d3 deficiency can be a reason for this pain. Besides if you are overweight then this can also be a reason. If there is any history of injury on your knee it can also be a reason get your serum calcium, vitamin d3 an serum iron and ra factor checked. Hope it ll help you.

Do massage on the scalp with dhurdhoorapathradi cocanut oil 10 to 15 minutes and leave it for half an hour and wash it. Do it 7 days and inform the result.

Physical Therapy to Relieve Sciatica

Sciatica is a very common neuropathic pain that is caused by damage to the sciatic nerve, a large nerve that runs from the lower back region down the end of each leg. It is the largest single nerve in the body.
This condition affects around 4 out of 10 people at some point of their lives. The nature of the pain varies from a mild ache to a sharp stinging sensation and may cause feelings of numbness and extreme weakness.

The causes for the onset of sciatica are numerous. Some of them are as follows:

  1. Slipped lumbar disc
  2. Muscle inflammation
  3. Internal bleeding
  4. Pregnancy
  5. Obesity
  6. Awkward sleeping position
  7. Uncomfortable footwear
  8. Spinal injury

How can physical therapy help?

There are many ways of treating sciatica such as medication, acupuncture and surgery, which can provide relief. The most common and easy treatment method however is physical therapy. A progressive and controlled exercise routine that is specifically tailored to the nature of the condition in consultation with a physical therapist acts as an effective remedy in treating the problem. It alleviates pain and also eliminates the chances of relapse.

Physical therapy exercises used to treat sciatica are of many types. These are a combination of core strengthening, muscular stretching and aerobic conditioning routines, which aim at correcting the root of the problem.

The different types of exercises employed to treat sciatica include the following:

1. Strengthening exercises: These aim at strengthening the spinal column and the pelvic region, which includes the hips and buttocks. They help in making the muscles and ligaments in this region more robust and allow for improved flexibility and support. Lunges and squats are some of the examples.

2. Stretching exercises: These provide pain relief through improved agility and flexibility. The most important aspect of these routines is stretching and exercising the hamstring. Hamstring, stretches, calf stretches and tricep stretches are a part of stretching exercises.

3. Aerobic conditioning: These are cardiovascular exercises of low intensity, which provide pain relief through the release of endorphins and the facilitation of fluid and nutrient exchange. Stop alcohol if you want to safe your life firstly. Take a very light diet gourd will help you in hypertension and correct bleeding. Take 4 litres water per day. Avoid non veg dry fruits. For medicines I need more symptoms.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Avoid exercise do tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy and hot fermentation and avoid long standing it will reduce your pain and complain after relief do stretching exercise and strength exercise in gradually.
