This is because of sun allergy.Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later.

Hello, If you are nonvegetarian, I would insist you take lean proteins like fatty fish, chicken, eggs in your diet. Hydrate yourself well. Fish oil supplements are only recommendable in case of special cases. Supplement your diet with natural protein, complex carbohydrates for better results.

These will help you. Eat more food more frequently. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use bigger plate. Use weight gainer supplement. Take more dense fruits and vegetables. Eat protein rich foods in extra amount. Use fats like olive oil, fish oil, coconut, canola, avocado, refined vegetable oil, butter, cream, cheese, ghee, almond, walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed etc. Drink lots of water. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stress free life and 7-8 hours sleep. These will help you to increase body weight.

Dear lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. A) take food two times in a day only. B) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. C) avoid late night sleeping habits. D) avoid oily, junk, fast and fermented foods. E) don't drink water before meal for one hour and don't drink water after meals for one hour. F) do yogasan and pranayam regularly. G) walk upto 4-5 kilometres daily. Thanks.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Hello Take Homoeopathic medicine Berberis Vulgaris Q, 15 drops with water twice daily. Hydrangea Q, 15 drops with warm water once daily in the after noon. Take Ayurvedic medicine Neeri syrup , 2 tsp twice daily. Take Cantharis 30, 5 drops once daily in the morning. Revert me after 7 days. ****Most important Drink plenty of water .*****

And I have seen in google that younger age slim ladies will mostly breast cancer is found. And I am slim also is dis is a breast cancer. What will I do? help me.

Don't get panic it is most probably either infection or benign breast disease. Is there any history of fever or trauma? you should go for ultrasound of breast and examination by a surgeon.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Common causes of headache are - fever, cold, sinusitis, anxiety, tensions, migraine. Inadequate sleep is the commonest cause. Take rest in dark and quiet place. Avoid stress. ..do deep breathing exercises or yoga to relax. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest. Hope this helps u.

First, let me address your emotional eating disorder. You need to identify the emotion that is behind the excessive eating: are you sad, angry, afraid or happy that you tend to want to eat every time? when you have done that it is as simple as addressing the feeling that feeds into the over-eating and you will cease to have a problem. This can be done with a counselor, ideally. Many of us over-eat when emotionally distraught. You are already over-weight and for some people weight gain is a side effect of the medication. Apart from that it is likely that your metabolism might have reduced considerably making you susceptible to gain weight even with small quantities of food. If you still want to eat (i mean healthy food of course), you can consume more, if you did some noteworthy exercise, after getting approval from your doctor. Exercise boosts your metabolic rate. Foods also boost metabolism: egg whites, lean meat, water, chili peppers, coffee, green tea, milk, whole grains, and lentils. Cucumber is a zero calorie food and takes long to digest and much metabolism too. If you have it before each meal and any amount too, it will curb the amount of consumption. Even so, the addictive aspect of eating involves the obsession and compulsion i. E. Your mind will be always thinking about food and then it will feed into a compulsion to consume something. So, if you occupy yourself, (not busy) then the mind will not think too much on food and therefore it will negate the compulsion. Now all these measures will have a positive effect on your bp. Regarding gaining the respect of your children, it is true that people who are losing control over their own habits, like in an addiction type of circumstance, tend to be too protective and restrictive towards their children. You need to trust your children by giving them more freedom. You can trust your children more by giving them the right values in childhood and then you can relax because it acts like a vaccination. Your role as a parent is to offer them good role models and to give them useful information to help them handle life. If they mess up, it is still okay, but the great advantage you have is to know that you had told them and now it is their responsibility, not yours.

Dear lybrate-user. You are already 180 cms. You will grow almost upto an age of around 22 years. That means you will continue to grow for another 4 years or so. The duty of your mind is to think. You cannot control your mind's thinking. Once you just leave your mind without diversion, it always end up in negative territory. But certainly you can divert your thinking. You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Exercise under the supervision of a trained body builder will help you in building muscles. Take care.

Increase physical activities like exercises, playing. Decrease sugar and fat intakes, gradually weight will decrease.
