Drink milk 1 hour before bed 1 spoon ghee has 15 gram fats out of which 13 grams are bad fat! Eat balanced diet Good protein food Good fats food Complete protein foods.

My wife aged 45 has a chronic hyper acidity problem. She is anaemic also. She can't take any food containing iron. Also maximum drugs causes for a acidity problem. She is very weak and losing weight due to poor diet. She can not take proper diet due to loss of appetite. Please suggest what is reason and how can she will be cure?

For hyperacidity a bland diet is the answer. Stop all fried foods and avoid spicy food especially red pepper. Jv small frequent meal pattern and never leave the stomach empty for long periods. Hv milk, matha,banana, curd,white of egg in diet.

I have been suffering from acute pancreatitis for two years now. I go fr boiled diet or normal diet with 5 ml oil everyday. Now I have not seen any attacks of severe pain in stomach. Can I go for red meat? What should be my proper diet plan?

Avoid red meat 1Take Bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food. Avoid meat. Use vegetable oil like olive oil 2. Take high carbohydrate and low fat diet, drink plenty of water. Don’t drink water with meals to avoid full ness. Drink water 1 hour after meal 3. Eat small size frequent meals 5-6 per day 4. Control your weight, avoid obesity, go for regular exercise 5. Avoid alcohol if you are having 6. Take Antacid, pancreatic enzymes, juice, nutritional supplement drinks, Calcium &vitamin D supplement. 7. Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice and treatment.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

this could well be piles or a fissure. Anal fissure improves with general measures but may require surgery. Piles of an early grade also improves with general measures. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and For constipation eat food with high fiber content and eat bananas at bedtime and if necessary take two tsp of syp gudlax at night

Please tell about general line of treatment for loose motions in paediatric patient

Keep the child well hydrated by adequate replacement of lost fluid by WHO recommended ORS and routine home diet with little added salt.If child is taking breast feeds continue with that. And wait patiently unless he is dehydrated( In that case visit hospital he might need IV fluids). It takes time to get well.Hope this helps
