Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Weight of a person is not determined not by the food he intake because man is not a farm animal. His body growth is determined by his genetic make up. And it determines how the food is metabolised and stored. You can see lean persons consuming lot of food and still remain lean. And also obese persons becoming obese despite fasting. So you will be yourself determined by your genetic make up.

Stress does not allow you to concentrate hence try controlling your stress. Organize yourself. Spending your time and enrgy so you can handle stress more effectively. Control your environment by controlling who and what is surrounding you. Love yourself by giving yourself positive feedback. Reward yourself by planning leisure activities into your life. Exercise regularly, listening to relaxing music, communicating with friends and loved ones. Reset yourself as regularly as possible.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful.

I am having ringworms all over my body and it itches too much. So, I searched on the web and found coconut oil as its treatment its been 2 day I am applying coconut oil but the 3rd all the rings came again. Is there any other treatment that can help?

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. My mom has a tumor in her uterus. I admitted her in ESI Joka hospital. All taste have completed but she has sugar so Dr. can't operation yet. Fasting sugar is around 136 and pp is 240 so Dr. give her insulin injections 3 time in a day. I am in great tension about giving her insulin injections. Everyone say that if one time start insulin then she will have to take insulin for life time. Please any Dr. suggest me that insulin is better for her or I should try other treatments for normal sugar.

Dear lybrate-user, Doctor usually start insulin to tackle crisis like trauma, surgery, or emergency caeserian delivery etc. Once that crisis is over, patient can be shifted to oral medicine. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Dear, you can easily gain weight by following simple and very important tips: 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. If painless bleeding then its normal but if, she feel severe pain during menses then it may be due to pelvic infection or pelvic pathological disease. So, get an ultrasound of lower abdomen.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. To gain weight or if gyming. It's not only proteins that are important. If you try to concentrate only on protein intake your body will still breakdown. You need to have a balanced meal and what you take pre workout and post workout as meals also are crucial because it depends on the type of work out. So, many factors need to be considered to understand why you are not gaining weight.

If all the tests are within normal limits, including heamoglobin test nothing to worry about, needn't run around the doctors for treatment. But important treatment lies with you ie. Sympathy, admit that she is weak, help her in getting things done at home, never say that alltests are normal & go to hell, convince her she should be alright after taking some tonics, explain her how nutritious food is going to help her, sametime serve her with good food. Finally it is the attitude towards her than the treatment, wich is more important in life.

You change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, junk, spasy foods. Take simple veg home made food if possibal in hotel take different dal green vegitabales, chapati, salad some times your choice will do. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help asi adviceto you within 6 month 10 kg you will reduce. Note -- do not over eat take less as you fill hungery.
