I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Before going to bed at night, drink one cup of green tea daily. As well as start early morning exercises. Also, drinking honey and lemon mixed in water before exercising helps a lot.

I don't know your health status, also your life style and diet preference. In general through taking sufficient carbohydrate and protein with adequate fat will give you the weight gain. Always try to increase your weight in a healthy way, every human being need particular amount of energy for doing daily activities and also in rest body need energy for the function of our body systems. If you are not taking sufficient amount of protein, carbohydrate and fat you will not get the weight gain, usually peoples will take energy dense foods to gain weight, at a time if you take more energy that will give more stress to your digestive system and there is a chance to get metabolic disorders. Theory behind healthy eating habit is like meet your energy kneed through without giving much stress to your digestive system, Take 6 meals in day with 2 to 3 hours gap and avoid the situation of taking heavy meals. If you put more gap between meals your hungry level will be higher during next intake and you will take more. Include good source of protein (egg, chicken, mutton, milk, fish, all pulses and beans) in a healthy way. Hi, I am 20 years old. I weigh 88 kilos and my height is 5'11 inches. I have been trying to lose weight. I am following a low calorie diet and I work out regularly at the gym. I want to get better results. Someone told me that taking a fat burner as a supplement will help me in losing weight and boost my energy. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Weight loss happens with dietary modifications, some regular physical activity and behavioral modifications. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely.
