Please get your thyroid checked again. May be you need higher medication. Try to avoid cabbage, peanuts and all goitrogenic foods.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi pls ,do calf exercise. And skipping is also helpful. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and ideal weight should be 65 kg and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hello lybrate user- natural methods of fat reduction include proper diet and proper schedule correction. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) avoid short meals like breakfast supper etc. And have two major meals a day only. B) evening meals should be before 7 pm. C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and go for running and kapalbhati pranayam (gym will not help you) d) avoid non veg diet, dairy products and fast foods. E) avoid rice and potato. F) use obenyl tab 2 twice daily.

sedentary life can cause abdominal fat, for that u should manage ur dirt plan, avoid rice, potato, sweets. take green vegetables, walk atleast 45 min, do crunches, skipping and don't sit after taking meal walk at least 15 min...drink lukewarm water in morning...

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10ml of honey before meals. C) eat 10 gms of black cumin seeds and 10 gm of jaggary along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals ……do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

Hi, I am an over weight person, 82 kg, 27 years, 5'6" height, male. I want to loose weight. But by jogging I feel very pain on my heel. Once I had jogged for 6/7 days, then I could not walk for some days due to heel pain. So please can you suggest me how to loose weight by any method other than jogging. Now I am consuming hot lemon water (only lemon juice with a cup of hot water) in the morning in empty stomach. I want other method to loose weight. Also when I take my meal (small amount, it is taking 6/7 hours for hungry again. Is my metabolism is slow or very slow? If slow how to increase. Thanks.

Hello, Jogging cant be started at higher intensity from day one. You need to gradually increase the intensity and the duration of it. Need to first make your body comfortable with the new set exercise. Slow metabolism will lead to converting energy into fats, resulting in weight gain. A simple rule is calorie should be burned more than its intake. There is no particular drink or food which can lead to weight loss. Its about recognising the different food items which support weightloss. Proper hydration also results in increase metabolism.

You can reduce weight from your body. But its difficult to sculpt specific parts of your body. You can follow Abs exercises on YouTube from 'FitnessBlender' or 'Popsugar Fitness' You can do daily 20 mins Cardio and 20 mins Abs exercises. That will help you to tone and flatten your abs area. Also reduce sugars/fried stuff. Take more fruits and salads. Be fit Be confident Be happy.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. You should do abdominal exercise, don't take rice at night and don't take oily food. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
