Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 - 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Weight reduction is not possible without exercise and diet which is main thing. And reduction 17 kg in month is not medically recommended and not possible

With proper diet and restriction of fast food complemented with regular physical exertion you can reduce your weight 3-5kg/month easily. I would not suggest usage of any medicine for that. For your height weight in the range of 65-75 is fine, so you do not need to be mad with it. Just try to stay fit, being slim is not the definition of fitness.

I am male 73 years having had blood pressure since 1993. Was taking Amlong 5 mg. Daily one tab. Since last two weeks, my b. P is 90/60 and at times even below than that. So, I stopped taking medicine. Now even without medicine it is below 120/80. Please advise whether I should stop medicine or reduce the dosage. Blood sugar is under control with medicine.

If your bp is 120/80 without medicine in multiple measurement, you may stop medicine. Make sure to get it measured by qualified doctor after few days of stopping medicine. Best wish.

no particlar food in isolation can cause fat loss. And since you already have hypothyroudism your metabolism is low so crashing intake will further reduce and you will not lose any weight. So eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and pills will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Mid morning- a glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of CHITRAKADI VATI and LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…avoid banana it increases your weight.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Your weight seems to be more and you come under obese. Reducing weight is bigger task as you have to reduce the fat and sugars. There good medicines in ayurveda, as your thyroid patient regular monitoring if thyroid levels is very important you need to reduce25-30 kgs. Apart from reducing food you need to exercise as well.

Dear Sir, For your age and associated risks, I would advice you to do yoga in a calm place. Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati prayanayam will increase flow of oxygen in your body. You can practice yoga daily for 45 mins. You can also do some brisk walking with that

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Hye. Thank you for your query. You are not overweight for your height. Your ideal weight should be 78 kgs. Hye.  Thank you for your query. You can follow a few tips to reduce belly fat. Eat less sugar. Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy. Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Manage stress. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables. Eat lean protein in each meal like dals, pulses, sprouts, curd. Have warm water early in the morning. Exercise at least thrice a week.

To reduce weight you have to follow balanced diet and regular exercise.But it is not a single day process.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat.Eat small amount of food frequently.Eat 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take lots of whole fruits,watery vegetables.Take unrefined foods small amount.Eat more protein for weight loss.Add healthy fat in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take quality sleep.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Like any too good to be true fat burner, it is just a tall claim made. Most fat burners have majorly not worked. Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Most people claim to have experience little or no difference at all after using a fat burner. Like any fat burner there are chances of side effects due to either poor nutrition intake. The anabolic steroids abused by many are synthetic versions of testosterone, a male hormone. Both men and women naturally produce testosterone. But like all hormones -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one's testosterone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects because testosterone, which they mimic, has many effects in the body.
