Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Good to know that you have started gym. You have to weight train 3 times and cardio 3 times a week. You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, 1st class proteins like eggs, fish, chicken, whey protein powder, paneer, healthy oil like ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed til oil, olive oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I have the habit of taking milk and tea for the past 34 yrs, and coffee for the past 10 yrs. As I am a teacher I have the habit of drinking tea in schools in intervals as it s provided. As to reduce weight n for health I am keeping on Trying to avoid milk from my diet. But I can succeed for only two or three days. After that I am tempted. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss.

Ten Ways to Improve Your Diet and Result in Weight Loss 1. Eat 2 fruits every day. 2. Add fibre to your diet. For example oats, Rajma 3. Increase your vegetable intake. You should consume minimum 3 seasonal vegetables everyday 4. Stop eating when you are satisfied. Be aware of portion sizes. Eat a gap of 2 hours so that there is sustained release of energy. 5. Eat whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole grain cereals, Oats 6. Enjoy two sources of low-fat dairy products every day: milk, yogurt. 7. Use cold pressed vegetable oils. 8. Limit saturated fat. Read the labels. And remember that fatty meats or cheeses, butter, and whole milk products have large amounts of saturated fat. 9. Eat 6 meals every day. Small portions at regular interval. 10. Target 8-10 glasses of water everyday. The best way to judge the water intake is by the colour of the urine. 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. Yes, it can be used. But it is more helpful for females. As it contains female hormones at peak levels. So male are not much benefited by that. For reducing weight you go to gym or swimming or else you can go for just my obesity package. Because many patients have been benefitted by that package. You can also take advantage of it. Hello, Hypothyroidism is a disorder that interferes with the metabolism of the body hence weight loss becomes difficult compared to normal individual. Reduce your gluten intake i.e foods like wheat and wheat products including maida and food products should be reduced as it reduces iodine uptake and suppresses thyroid function in the body, also avoid taking simple sugars from candies and juices. Include more of leafy vegetables, nuts, fish if non-vegetarian, tomatoes. A diet high in fat, moderate protein and low in carbohydrate is good for hypothyroidism. Avoid junk food. Exercise if a must for weight reduction, since you have a small baby I understand it is difficult to go to gym, but you have other ways, take small walks, try and do your household chores by yourself since the baby is 3 years old you can take the baby along with you to the park and play along with him. Try to think of ways to be active and avoid excuses as far as possible and also do not forget to take your thyroid medications first thing in the morning.
