To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. PolyUnsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA) oils are divided into two types of oils. Ie. Omega-6 and Omega-3 Oils. # Omega - 6 oils are contained in seed oils like - Soyabean Oil - Cottonseed Oil- Sunflower Seeds - Almonds etc. # Omega -3 oils are contained in - Walnuts - Fish oils - Flaxeed etc. >> WEIGHT LOSS ISSUE<<. Omega 6 or 3 are not associated with any kind of weight loss. Rather eating too much of oils will increase weight. It is recommended that in one day you should not have more than 5 teaspoons of Oil. This includes all types of Oil/Ghee. >> Bottomline is that >> 1, There is no Oil/Medicine/Herb/supplement that can burn body fat. 2. It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. • Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. • You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Yes you drastically cut down your activity. This could be a reason. Also a strict diet could mean reduction in the right foods which means the body has further lowered it's metabolism. So keep your intake low in calories but high on healthy nutrients. And try to keep whatever activity is allowed so as to push metabolism.

You need carbohydrates for energy, but people often exaggerate, making the focal point carbohydrate breakfast and snacks throughout the day. For a flat belly burner successfully healthy fats such as olive oil, lean protein and good carbohydrates needed. * Exercise to reduce obesity - schedule regular aerobic activity. Aerobic exercise can help reduce belly fat and the impact it can have on your health. Healthy adults engage in moderate aerobic activity for 150 minutes per week or vigorous aerobic activity for 75 minutes a week. Take care.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce belly fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi, Dodaily exercises ,walking ,jogging ,cycling alongwith this. Take Tab Phytolacca berry(Dr Wilmar Shawbe.German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Eat Oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively.
