Make sure that you cut out fried foods, sugary foods and other junk and processed foods out of your diet. Eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings or fruits and vegetables daily. Hi, we can surely help you to lose weight. U have to do cardio for a minimum of 40 minutes. Then only the body will start burning fat. Also you have to eat low calorie foods at regular intervals. Also the dinner should be light.
