Hello, It can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. •Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mnts to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.• 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies and 1 bowl of curds in lunch,  repeat the same In dinner.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee, sweets, sitting on computer late in d night. Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

Look into the following things to check for weight gain reasons- (1). Have you recently become less physically active than you were earlier (2.) Have you started eating out too often (3.) Has your daily routine changed (For eg. Change in shift / working hours) (4).Any hormonal change (Get thyroid checked)(5). You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. I want a proper diet chart for weight loss. Please help! I shall be highly obliged.
For weight loss 1). Avoid packed, processed, baked & milk products. 2). Minimise white sugar, oil in food and maida items. 3). Eat 2-3 fruits in breakfast and a plate full of salad before lunch. 4). Do 30 mins of brisk walk and light exercise every day. You will start losing weight gradually. All the best.

hello... firstly eat healthy diet. include all green leafy veges, salad ,fresh fruits in diet... drink lots of water and fresh juices. include good fats in diet.. olive oil, peanut butter , boiled eggs with yellow part , roasted chicken, full cream milk, curd , nuts etc.... do these things..... for proper treatment consult me privately.....

Please check your haemoglobin and visit a gynaec for any hormonal issues like PCOS or thyroid. Also drink 3 litre water daily and eat lots of salad.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. For more details consult me privately.

If you walk on wrong path, you will never reach the right destination. There is no magic food / herb / medicine for weight loss. #1. If you want to lose weight, first thing you have to do is stop looking for these shortcuts which only lead to a dead end. #2. Reduced balanced diet + exercise is the only path to being slim and fit. #3. Right now you are carrying about 50% excess weight: 25+ kgs. Aim to reduce this in about 1 - 1.5 years time gradually. #4. Kindly consult a dietician who works on a Holistic health approach to get into a better state of health and wellness.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.
