Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid fried foods, processed food and junk food * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks etc. and maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and juices and keep hydrated. * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Hi welcome - for weight reduction you can use green tea to drink, garcinia cambogia a herb, sour curd, fibre rich all foods, green vegetables, fruits soft skins like papaya, guava. Very less rice, fried rice or similar foods like biriyani etc. Sleep at night only 7 hrs. Mostly hard work or separately two times exercises mainly aerobic, cardio can help you best.

Alcohol does not help in loosing weight and if you want to lose weight then follow- few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi Change to 45 Jog and 15 Walk. Do more cardio at Gym including Treadmill- Skipping-Cycling. Your pulse must stay between 100 and 140 during your exercise period. Monitor your weight loss with 'Myfitnesspal' app. Aim for 2 KGS a month and you can do it. Only some finetuning is required in your Fitness routine and food Intake. All the best. You can do It!

Hi Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins and fiber (like- animal/plant proteins- chicken, eggs, fish, tofu, soy milk, pulses, soyabean etc and fiber foods like- salad, fruits, vegetables). Also try to keep yourself hydrated the whole day and even during exercises. You should exercise or walk for 20 mins per day will help you more fast in reducing weight. Also limit the intake of salt after 7 pm and avoid saturated fats and junk foods will you reduce weight. Good Luck!
