Running is a good form of exercise, but to reduce belly fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber rich diet.

Doing one good thing does not help. Green tea is as good as black tea, only milk and sugar which has calories, must be avoided. You are carrying about 25 kgs extra weight on your body. This could be due to excessive eating habits. You can change these habits. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. So on. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Love yourself and respect your body.

"Start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables .Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Do physical activities like brisk walking, yoga and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can also include green tea twice a day."

Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Please avoid fatty food use amla +aloverajuice 20mlwith 20 ml water before food early morning medhohar Vati 2-2 before food cap ayurslim 1-1 after food (Himalaya) after one month you reduce 4-6 kg weight.
