Hello. As your father is diabetic and diabetic patients are advised to keep taking small frequent meals after every 2 hours as there are chances of getting hypoglycemic when the blood sugar drops abruptly (the patient is also having to lower the blood sugar). So, at the time he is hungry, his low blood sugar causes perspiration. Tell him to carry candies in hand all the time.

Your bmi is 31.45kg/mt2 so you can choose liposuction as a fast method and to maintain weight loss, do regular exercise and follow low calories diet schedule but if you have diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia then you should plan for bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery).

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.

According to who recommendations, weight gain or loss of more than 3.5 kg can put some negative effect on body and there is no genuine medicine or diet which can reduce your weight by 20 kg in a month-------try to ask logical questions--------------------- everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, glowing. Fair and blemish-free.------------------- eat your five-a-day--------------------- fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone.---------------- vitamin c------------------ vitamin c is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin.-------------------- cut out crash diets---------------- repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your skin, causing sagging, wrinkles and stretch marks. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins too. Over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect on your skin.------------------ stock up on selenium------------------- selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It works alongside other antioxidants such as vitamins e and c and is essential for the immune system. Studies suggest that a selenium-rich diet can help to protect against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. One way to boost your intake is to eat brazil nuts. Just four nuts will provide the recommended daily amount. Mix brazil nuts with other seeds rich in vitamin e as a snack or salad sprinkle. Other good sources are fish, shellfish, eggs, wheatgerm, tomatoes and broccoli.---------------- vitamin e-------------------- vitamin e protects skin from oxidative (cell) damage and supports healthy skin growth. Foods high in vitamin e include almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils.-------- drink up-------------- skin needs moisture to stay flexible. Even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and slightly grey. Drink six to eight glasses of water a day - all fluids count towards your daily allowance, but water is the best. If you work in an office, keep a large bottle of water on your desk to remind you to drink. Herbal, caffeine-free teas are good too. Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, both can age the skin.------------

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic (wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost.

1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result you will feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. Consult me in private.

I would recommend everyone to take all meals on time. Do not skip any meals. Skipping meals is not good, not healthy as well as it does not help you to reduce weight. First thing in the morning start your day with fruits and curry leaves. Take your last meal till 8p. M. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
