I have frequent pains in my back and cannot sleep at night. Why does it happen and what is the cure?
Increase vat can produce pain in your back - if your posture is wrong during sitting or sleeping - if any type of sprain in your back than pain is more - you take proper vat shamak treatment to ayurveda doctor. Panchkarma is also helpful. Take MAHARASNADI KWATH - 2 TEASPOON WITH 1/2 CUP OF WATER - 2 TIMES IN A DAY.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.

To lose excess fat food correction is important. You need to avoid eating processed carbs & fats rich food like bakery, confectionery, refined flour made foods and minimise intake of white sugar, refined oils & salt. Grains like wheat and rice based foods should be eaten in moderation. Eat more foods that are rich in fibre and nutrients like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds.

your weight is within the healthy range pregnancy brings along lots of changes which includes slight weight gain sorry to say that you can not become 50 kgs now unless you are self obsessed about your body, counting each calorie and working out followed by rest eat nourishment which is easier to digest lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits, all included irrespective of calories lots of water avoid fats and do take healthy fats like a spoon of desi ghee and butter a katori of assorted nuts lots of water lemon juice and water with honey if taken on empty stomach in morning does help shed kilos and give vitamin C apple cider vinegar also helps minimum carbs and fats and reasonable exercises like simple walks

Hello, No they are never safe,there is nothing called a fat burner,it is simply a dehydrator which can simply leech out water from your cells and make you sick and dehydrated(67% of human body is water),pleae do not fall into the trap and change the gym and the trainer.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Obesity - How Can It Be Treated With Homeopathy

Obesity is a common nutritional disorder that has resulted into stress among people of all age groups. The mushrooming of slimming centers, weight loss pills and diet plans in the recent past are all pointers of how people are disturbed by obesity. The condition results from excess accumulation of fats in the body as a result of excess intake of food. When you take an excess of 50 calories in a day, you are said to increase weight by 25 kgs within a ten-year period. While scientists largely attribute the cause for the condition to intake of excess food, studies also reveal that genes could play a significant role too. There is no cure for obesity but a method that is slowly gaining popularity for countering obesity successfully is homeopathy.

Homeopathic Medicines

For many years now, homeopathy has been used as a mode of treatment for obesity across many countries in the world. The mode of treatment usually is constitutional and needs a detailed case history of the patient and evaluation so that the best remedy can be selected...

  1. Calcarea Carbonica is a homeopathic medicine that is administered when a patient has excess fat in their abdomen. The constitutional symptoms are profuse perspirations on the head, low tolerance for cold air and strange cravings like desire to eat chalk.
  2. Natrum Mur is used for patients with excess of weight in their thighs and buttocks. Excessive heat and intolerance towards sun are the constitutional symptoms for this homeopathic medicine.
  3. Lycopodium is used similar to the natrum Mur. However, here the constitutional symptoms vary in that they are used on patients suffering from gastric troubles. Patients have a liking for hot food and sweet stuff. These are just a few examples.

Other Methods for Weight Loss:

Homeopathic medicines work by stimulating the metabolic rate of the body to burn fat much faster and as such should be used with exercise and a controlled balanced diet comprising of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals.
