These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

Hi Lybrate User, Drinking water is good for health but will not increase weight as such. To increase weight... you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

I am 30 years old and I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since 18 years, here are some doctors said that there is no any treatment of this disease because it is genetic disease (HLA B27 positive report, they only suggest some daily exercise to control, but not worked. Please help someone, I am not able to do any proper movement like any normal people, and daily activities.

For Ankylosing Spondylitis the best suggestion to do general aerobic exercises which includes breathing and all the other exercises which involves the total movements of the proximal joints ie. Neck, shoulder, elbow in the upper limb and in the lower limbs, trunk, hip, knee movements which will facilitate to improve the normal range of motion of the joints thereby improving the blood circulation. You can also try swimming activity, tread mill, cycling etc.,

If your uric acid is towards higher range try to avoid high protein diet intake. Then the swelling in the joints would be reduced

One of the simplest home remedies Natural home made face scrub using oatmeal, almonds, honey and milk: 1. Take ½ bowl of powdered oatmeal 2. Add 6-7 crushed almonds 3. Add 2 tbsp honey 4. Hello start slow, eat good amount of quality calories. Just because you have leeway to gain weight don't jump into eating sweets, candies etc. Follow small meal pattern keep sipping water foods highest in calories and nutrients are those high in fat. Nuts, peanuts, peanut butter, almond butter, avocados, lean red meat.

I am a 41 year male and having two major disorders. First is my constipation as due to uneven sheduled routine of my professional life I am working in shifts some time day some times night. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee & leg. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

To increase your weight change food habites. Add in your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products. Take liv 52 syrup1 spoon 30 minuties before lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking. Take 6 to 8 hours sleep.

One cup of milk everyday is enough for normal adults. You should eat pure ghee because it is healthy, but only in limited amounts. And other oils/ ghee such as dalda, cotton seed oils, etc should be avoided as much as possible. Sunflower oil, safflower oil, olive oil, etc are healthy oils and a better choice.

Hello, your weight should be around 69- 70 kg. You should take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
