Moderately safe. But you can take in severe symptoms. But if you have only mild symptoms then don't take any medication except iron and folic acid and calcium tablet. Safety profile depent on patient to patients. Take medications only after prescription of doctor.

IVF Process - Why You Must Consider It?

IVF Process - Why You Must Consider It?

In vitro fertilisation (IVF) has brought a lot of happiness to thousands of couples around the world. It has made the life of people who are looking to have a baby, but who are not able to conceive, a lot easier. That being said, there are some very crucial questions which need to be asked when a couple is taking into due account the possibility of going for IVF treatment.

Is it right for you?
When it comes to having a baby, couples should considergoing for IVF treatment, only if all other possible solutions have not panned out to render a beneficial result. Similarly, IVF treatment should be opted for after all other options on the table have been thoroughly reviewed to judge how effective they might be. Problems like a low sperm count can usually be remedied in other ways. The reason for this is that while it is true that IVF is, on the whole, a very safe process, the reason for caution of its use is due to the fact that among all the options available, it is surely the most invasive of the lot.

Alternative choices
There are great chances of success when it comes to getting pregnant by making use of fertility medicine, clearing fallopian tubes which are blocked by undergoing a surgical procedure, etc. Another viable solution, depending on the case happens to be intrauterine insemination. With all these options, it can be said to be a little imprudent for a person to rush to register for IVF treatment.

While going through the IVF treatment cycle and hoping for a positive result,do not forget to think about what you are going to do if you have any embryos left over. This is referred to as ‘spare’embryos in the case of a successful current cycle. You may have to decide how many embryos to freeze. For many women, this leads to an ethical dilemma which can be tough to get through. To be able to avoid this, it is important for women to take their time and decide what is to be done with the spare embryos.

A woman who plans to go for IVF should also bear in mind that the entire process, which takes weeks, can be quite stressful, to say the least. She should be ready for it. This means that her physical state as well as her mental makeup should be conducive to the rough ride that IVF promises. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Hello, A pregnant woman should take utmost caution of what she eats. A nutritious diet rich in proteins, iron, calcium and omega 3 fatty acids is recommended. Overall besides normal food make sure she takes a big glass of milk daily, 2-3 eggs in a week, chicken/ fish twice a week, take 2 helping of fruits and salads daily. Taking 5-6 almonds alone a piece or two of walnuts daily should overall take care of your nutritional requirements. Hope this helps you.

Effective Ways Ayurveda Can Help In Treating Infertility!

Are you looking for a treatment measure for infertility in females? You can go for an Ayurvedic treatment, which is completely natural and does not involve the use of any chemical. Infertility refers to the inability of a woman to conceive after having unprotected sex. The principles of Ayurveda states that infertility occurs when a woman’s Shukra dhatu, or the reproductive tissue does not get proper nutrition. This may happen because of improper digestion, and also because of some toxins in the body. Anxiety, insomnia, depression, and spicy food are other causes of infertility in females according to Ayurveda.

Ayurvedic treatment
Ayurveda has a holistic approach towards health and treats the body as a whole, instead of treating a specific ailment. An Ayurvedic doctor needs to be certain about your body type before making a treatment suggestion. Ayurvedic treatment for infertility in women aims at ensuring the proper transformation of food into nutrients, which will move to your shukra dhatu.

The most important Ayurvedic remedies for treating female infertility are as follows:

  1. Swedanam: This method is used by Ayurvedic physicians for inducing sweating in patients who suffer from infertility. This is done with the help of exercises or blankets. It is meant for flushing out toxins from your body.
  2. Vamanam: This is a detoxing Ayurvedic therapy in which vomiting is induced for getting rid of undigested food from the body. In spite of being uncomfortable, this is an ideal detox therapy for infertility management.
  3. Banyan tree bark: The use of dried banyan tree bark powder is recommended by several Ayurvedic physicians for treating infertility problems in females. Remember to add sugar to the banyan bark powder before consuming it.
  4. Ashwagandha churna and kapikacchu: These are popular Ayurvedic medicines, which are used for treating infertility issues in women.
  5. Phala gritam: Consume phala gritam in the form of buttermilk mixed with milk. This medicine effectively treats several functional problems related to female infertility.
  6. Guduchi, triphala churna, and gokshura: These Ayurvedic medicines are used for clearing blockages in your body. This prevents the production of shukra dhatu and helps in the management of female infertility.
  7. Shatavari: This Ayurvedic medicine is designed only for women for the treatment of infertility.
  8. Dietary changes: Ayurveda states that a woman suffering from infertility must follow a strict diet plan. Spicy, oily, and extra salt foods should be strictly avoided. It is recommended for you to consume food items such as almonds, whole grains, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, and dried fruits.

If you are suffering from infertility and seek Ayurvedic treatment, visit an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner for timely advise. He will be able to diagnose your cause and prescribe remedies based on the diagnosis.

Yes sex can be practiced during pregnancy throughout. There is no harm. After 5 months of pregnancy one needs to change the position of male partner. Intercourse can be practiced in male standing position or sideways position. Male partner should not lie on the tummy or growing fetus.
