For me to actually advise on what needs to be done, I need to know: - you detailed neurological charting (motor, sensory and deep tendon reflexes) of lower limbs, this will document the compression - I need to see your mri images and the report as well - if possible, then please also get a digital x ray ls spine (ap and lateral- flexion and extension views) once I have all these details, I should be able to actually tell you what will be the best management of this. There are many causes of leg pain but you are described your pain as dull in nature On the other hand this can be just a leg cramp. Muscle cramps are extremely common, and nearly everyone experiences a cramp at some time in their life. Hello, masturbation is a healthy way to release one's sexual tension. Engage in masturbation only & when you are sexually aroused. However, masturbation has no evidence of causing back pains. Maybe your posture or change in routine might be affecting your lower back.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Although there can be many causes for heel pain like spurs, fascial inflammation, infection, trauma etc but normally plantar fascitis is the most common cause especially if there is no history of any injury or any s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness etc. This kind of pain is usually due to inflammation of your heel fascia. It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy. Numbness is a symptom of neuronal weakness, anxiety or hampered blood circulation. 1. If you smoke and you have calf pain on walking then it goes more towards hampered blood supply. Consult a physician. 2. If you have numbness all the time since last many days/weeks then it goes more towards nervous system (neuronal) problem. 3. If you have frequent palpitation, dryness of mouth, excessive sweating, dizziness, choking sensation, churning sensation in abdomen, breathlessness and fear of having something serious medical problem then it goes more towards anxiety problem.

Suffering from knee [both] pain. No difficulty in walking. Difficulty in climbing up and down staircase and changing posture from sitting to standing and vice versa. Pain not yet excruciating. Do exercise. Do not take any medicine. Kindly advise.

I am having lower back pain problem from last six months. Now it has become very swear. Kindly provide some solution.
. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

How to improve my back pain ?
Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Please be specific about the problem in your backbone its region is it pain or discomfort etc, for pain pl do have hot and cold water fomentation thrice a day of 15 min duration for 12 days and continue spinal flexion and extension exercises regularly once pain subsides from your therapist and try to use firm even hard mattress.

I am 60 years, diabetic for five years, on Metaforte-500mg, 1-0-1, I do pranayama, sudarshan Kriya yoga, morning my breakfast will be invariably protein shake (herbalife) and my sugar is under control (98 -110) fasting and 140-150 PPBS. HBA1c is 6.5. My problem is foot neuropathy, there is no total numbness, but lot of talking and burning sensation. My doctor says HBA1c should be brought down to 6. My BP will vary from 135/90 to 140/95. Please suggest some remedy for foot neuropathy.

Vitamin b will definitely help in food neuropathy. Are you a member of herbal life? with diabetes you have to take more fibre, protein, variety of veg, 3-4 fruit servings in a day but in moderate amounts because of diabetes, very sweet fruits like banana, mango, sitaphal, cheeku etc are restricted. Eat dry fruits especially wall nuts & flex seeds for omega 3 & sprouts for fibre etc. In diabetes there are multiple nutrient deficiencies and food cravings. To correct them and feel better, you must take some dietary supplements as diabetic people have more nutritional needs. For in-depth understanding, planning optimum diet to deal with deficiencies & other concerns with weight gain

Hi this is Dr.Vyas please follow these simple remedies - 1.Correct your schedule like early to bed and early rise. 2.Regular morning walk 3-5 km 3.Take 1 day full rest in a week. 4.Eat time to time and dont skip food. 5.Drink more n more water. 6.Do yoga aerobic or low intensity exercises regular basis if cant meet to physiotherapist. 7.Open window or ventilator during night. 8.Stop junk food 9. Stop bad habits if any 10. Do deep breathing ex. And mediation. 11. Dont take stress and exertion you get relief in few days take care get well soon.
