I am suffering from sever acidity problem. I always have burning sensation in my stomach. Can you please help.
You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines medicine can not be advised for open question for medicine contact on private chat good luck..

Hi Doctor, I am continually feeling fullness and swelling in my upper abdomen from 1 month. Earlier after food I was feeling fullness with mild pain but as it was not not very painful I tried to make myself comfortable using ENO and pain hara. Now today its vey painful and getting pain in intervals. I am not feeling vomiting or any constipation. Bowl movement is regular but not proper. Also feeling little temperature. Please help, Is anything serious? Please help.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

You should take balance diet. Take mixed fruit juice daily. Do morning exercise. Also take natrum phos 6x - twice daily for next 2 weeks and gt back to me for further treatment. Consult me for homeopathic treatment.

For flat tummy start your day with luke warm water and then after half an hour have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds. Go for brisk walking for 20 mins then jogging and yoga, Include fibre rich products in your diet like oats, oats cheela, oats idly, besan cheela, boiled egg white, museli + milk (avoid refined cereals, oily and fried food) after 2 hours have 1 glass butter milk then in lunch have 1-2 oats bran or missi roti + veg + curd + salad then in evening have 1 cup green tea + 60 gm roasted chana then have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + 1 bowl salad. Do not skip any of your meal. For your urine problem try to have water in day time avoid at night for more information you can consult a doctor.

Home Remedies for Acidity
Acidity can be prevented by maintaining a proper ratio between acid and alkaline foods in diet. All flesh foods leave highly acid ash in the blood. Fruits, green and root vegetables are highly alkaline foods and help to alkalize the blood. Daily Diet should consist of four-fifths of alkaline forming foods such as fresh fruits, tubers, legumes, leafy and root vegetables and one- fifth of acid forming foods such as meat, fish & bread.
Diet during Acidity: –
Breakfast may consist of fresh fruit.
Lunch may consist of light-starchy vegetables like beet, carrot, cauliflower. Desserts and fruits may be added to this.
Home Remedies for Acidity:-
Raisins: - It has excess alkalinity, is helpful in maintaining the acid balance of the body.
Spinach: - Helpful in cleaning blood and preserving the alkalinity of the blood.
Tomatoes: - Increase alkalinity of the blood.
Avoid:- Tea, Coffee, Sugar, White flour, all products made with sugar and white flour, all refined foods, fried foods, pickles, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco and carbonated beverages.

Dear lybrate-user, Kidney disease needs special dietary attention to maintain creatinine, potasium, sodium and phosphorus levels. Constipation and loose stools may be due to irritable bowel syndrome. It could be because of unhealthy lifestyle. Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.
