Hello, I am very much disturbed from pinworm. Is there any kind of treatment of Ayurveda? Pls. Help. Thank you.
Ingudi (Balanites roxburghii) is a very good medicine for round worms, threadworms and tapeworms. The decoction of its bark will give relief from the infection. The powder of the seeds can also be taken. Sweet basil (sabzah) is a very good anthelmintic, and effective cure for intestinal worms.

Hello lybrate user the pain you are suffering from is due to hyperacidity and gases in abdomen. You have to avoid some things like spicy & junk foods, fast food, late night awakening, irregular timing of foods. Also if you are having constipation this problem arise more. So take some laxative if you have constipation and avoid above things.

Hello thanks for the query the symptoms are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux. The frequent reflux may lead to esophagitis. Sometimes there may be associated gastric/esophageal ulcer. I suggest you to take some acid reducing agent (proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole, lansoprazole) along with prokinetic like domperidone/cisapride to prevent reflux. Avoid spicy and oily food, tea, coffee. Don't take too much water with food. Take food 3-4 hours before sleep. Elevate the head end of the bed. I hope all this measures will help. Regards.

Dear lybrate user, **the food but ginger is well accepted as a traditional cure for indigestion. Ginger as a food ingredient or in a strong ginger tea helps in causing stimulation of saliva, bile juices and gastric juices while all these play important roles in digestion. Drinking ginger tea is certainly much more beneficially to get rid of gas and indigestion problems than coffee and soda.
