Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin : • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne-prone skin. Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. 1. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. 2. Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes. 3. Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer. Note: You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey. Follow the above and you will get good results

Out of the 100,000 hair strands that a person normally possesses, losing about 50 to 100 of them on a daily basis is considered to be pretty normal. If, however, you are losing more than that, it is time to think about hair loss treatments. Here is a comprehensive list of alternative medicine choices that can fetch fruitful results:

  1. Indian Gooseberry pack: Commonly known as Amla, Indian Gooseberry comprises of vitamin C and is an excellent agent to stop hair loss and accelerate hair growth. It has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help in maintaining a healthy scalp. One spoon of gooseberry juice should be mixed with lemon juice and applied on the scalp.
  2. Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe Vera has alkalizing properties that bring down the hair's pH to a normal level. It also contains enzymes that promote hair growth and stop hair loss. Its anti-inflammatory properties reduce scalp redness too. While Aloe Vera gel is readily available in the market, the gel extracted from an Aloe Vera leaf works better. The gel should be applied on the scalp for a few hours followed by a thorough wash with lukewarm water.
  3. Licorice Root Paste: Licorice Root has multiple benefits. It is an herb which is known to reopen the pores of the hair and eradicate dandruff. The Licorice Root Paste is prepared by mixing one cup of milk with one spoon of saffron and one spoon of licorice paste. It should be applied on the bald areas before bedtime and washed with lukewarm water in the morning. The same solution can be applied twice a week to get great results.
  4. B-complex Vitamin: Daily intake of supplements containing vitamin B6 and biotin is a great way to stop hair loss. B6 helps in reducing hair thinning and increases the circulation of the scalp. This supplement can be easily obtained from any drug store. One supplement a day will start showing results in 4 week's time.
  5. Ginkgo Biloba: According to a study conducted by the Maryland Medical Center, it was found that Ginkgo Biloba is a great agent for hydrating the scalp. It increases blood flow and stops hair loss. It also helps in producing new hair at a faster pace. The best thing about this herb is the fact that it has no side effects at all.
  6. Polygonum Multiflorum: This is a Chinese herb more commonly known as the Fo-Ti. Its anti-inflammatory properties have shown efficiency for a number of years. It not only helps in hydration of the scalp, but fights hair loss and helps in the regeneration of new hair. It is also known to be a great agent for hair strengthening and turning gray hair to its original color.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Aap hame apne face ka close image bhejen to achha rahega taki achhi tarah se assessment ho sake. Aap abh har prakar ka dawa lagana chhor dijiye. Scrub bhi nahi kijiye. Kewal kaccha doodh sehehre par cotton se apply kariye. 1-2 hours ke baad dh len. Phir raat ko taza aloe vera ka gooda nikal kar usme kesar ka thora powder milakar (pure kesar pees kar) 2-3 ghante lagayen. Phir dho len. Chehre ka image bhejen tab tak yehi karen. Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Ayurvedic Treatment for Tinea

Tinea or ringworm is basically a skin infection caused by fungus. Tinea can affect any part of the body. When the skin is affected it is tinea corporis, scalp (tinea capitis), feet (tinea pedis, this is also called as athlete's foot) and groin area (tinea curis, also known as the jock itch). This presents as several white patches on the skin.

Causes of Tinea:
Tinea or the ringworm infection is not due to worms but caused by fungi dermatophytes. The fungus remains alive in the dead tissues of nails, hair and skin. Symptoms of Tinea are red circular patches on the skin along with itching.

As per the Ayurvedic philosophy, tinea is often diagnosed as dadru. The body type or the dosha involved is kapha and vata. Kapha, which is an Ayurvedic humor symbolizes mucus. It is usually dense, sticky and cold in nature. Vata, also an ayurvedic humor represents the wind. It is dry, mobile, subtle and cold. Both kapha and vata when present in the skin lead to accumulation of toxins. These toxins further collect in the deep tissues of the skin like rakta (Blood), rasa (nutrient plasma), lasika (lymphatic) and mansa (muscles).

The toxins lead to contamination of the deeper tissues thereby leading to the aggravation of the kapha-vata dosha, thus leading to ringworm. A third dosha which is involved is pitta. Pitta symbolizes heat or fire. It is often referred to as the tridosha disease, and the prime involved doshas are kapha and vata.

Diet and Lifestyle Modification:

  1. Spicy and hot food, excessive sweet and sour foods should be avoided. Pickled foods, chutneys, citrus fruits like lemon and oranges, vinegar and mustard should also be avoided.
  2. Avoid foods made up of white flour such as bread, pastries, cakes, pizza
  3. Artificial and processed foods, fast foods and aerated drinks should be avoided. Excessive salt and tomatoes should be restricted.
  4. Since tea, coffee smoking and alcohol aggravate the pitta, these should be avoided
  5. Milk and milk products like yogurt and cottage cheese should be given a miss
  6. Foods which are sweet, blend and alkaline in nature should be added into the diet
  7. Fresh vegetables and fruit should be taken
  8. Foods like grains, rice, pasta, beans, breads, dairy products, sweet drinks and juices can be had

Home Remedies:

  1. In 3 cups of water boil 10 to 15 neem leaves, until half the water evaporates. Washing the tinea lesions with this water helps.
  2. Rubbing papaya over the lesions is very effective
  3. Make a paste of turmeric and milk and apply on the lesions. Wash this within half an hour of the application and repeat it 3 to 4 times a day.

Use mild shampoo for hairs. If you have dandruff get rid of it. Regular trimming of hair is necessary as this causes to get rid off splits that form at the end of hairs and that increases the quality of hair. Eat diet rich in calcium iron and vitamins.

For weight loss, calorie intake has to reduce & calorie output needs to be increased. 2-3 kg weight loss in a month is normal. But you have less time in your hand. To lose min. 5 kg in a month, you follow these tips: 1. Join jumba/ aerobic/ karate/ swimming/tennis class. Jumba dance is highly effective in fast weight loss. 2. Brisk walk daily for 1 hr. Practice kapalbhati for at least 15 mins. 3. Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring transport 4. Drink 3 litres water daily. 5. Avoid sugar, sabudana, honey, jaggery, potato. Cold drinks, alcohol, table salt, junk/processed/ packaged/ fried/ outside food completely. 7. Have an early dinner 8. Sleep & wake up early, have regular 8 hrs sleep.
