If you are physically fit then, start swimming 30 minutes, 30 minutes of cycling may help you better to gain height naturally.

I drink 1.5 litre of beer two times a week with gap of 3 days. I dont eat any thing with drink, instead after drink I take dinner. My friends says it is not good. Please suggest.

How to gain my body with 6 pack. This is mostly important for me. So please tell me how to gain.
Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

I am 26 years old I have weakness of last few days. My body doesn't respond actively. Whole day there is a dullness. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hi lybrate-user I would suggest you a more protein diet. For Non-vegetarian :- 300- 350 grams of Chicken or Fish or Eggs (one egg =60gm) etc For Vegetarians:- 300-350gms legumes or pulses, peanut, cashew nuts almond pistachio etc Along with 50gms of fat like Amul butter or cheese Apart from you three meals that you take minus protein and protein quantity opined above. For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

Your body needs some foods to stay strong and healthy. Other foods, if eaten too often, contribute to many illnesses. Here are some guidelines: Eat 6-11 servings a day of breads or grains, like rice, pasta, tortillas, or cereal. Eat 3-5 servings a day of vegetables, like carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, or peas. Eat 2-4 servings a day of fruits, like apples, peaches, mangos, bananas, or fruit juice. Eat 2-3 servings a day of meat, fish, beans, eggs or nuts, for protein. Eat 2-3 servings a day of dairy products like yogurt, cheese, or milk. Cut down on alcohol, fatty foods such as butter, grease, or oil, and “junk food” like chips or candy.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.
