Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase weight & muscle mass consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content -also do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, pushups, pull-ups, crunches, squats, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week.

I think there is no need to purchase you can get extra protein from food items like egg, meat, fish, chicken, soyabeen, pulses, beans, milk etc. If you need take protenex powder in different flavours.

Keep your PC monitor at your eye level. So that you don’t need to bend your head. Also after every 30 mins of sitting, move around for 2-3 mins. This will help. Do neck exercises regularly.

I am suffering from ringworm. I used some ointments and oral medicines (fluca-150 and terbinaforce) after its usage the ringworm controlled but after some days it is again formed. Please suggest me a better medicine for total control.

Amount of protein intake can be decided by assessing other parameters like height weight bmi bmr. Too much protein in excess can definitely increase a work load on your kidneys. So it is always better to consult a professional before starting with whey protein so that protein from foods n from supplements is calculated in detailed n a balance is maintained.
