How to remove black spots in my face. Which cream can I use and my face is always dry.
Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4.Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. You can consult me privately for your doubts and detailed treatment.

Pimple (acne) is an extremely common clinical condition in adolescence age group. The age of onset is that of puberty or a little after although many patients do not appear troubled until the age of 16 or 17 yrs. Men appear to be affected earlier and more severely than women.
Homoeopathic system of medicine has different approaches in the management of pimples. Homoeopathy treatment does not merely limit itself to controlling the acute manifestation of pimples, but instead, aims treatment on the person with altered hormonal levels thereby eradicating the whole problem. Homoeopathy has medicines not only for the acute painful pimples but also for reducing the excessive scar formation/ disfigurement caused due to acne. Some general guidelines has to be followed along with homoeopathic medications which will be advised by the homeopathic physician. In homoeopathy the treatment of acne (pimple) is chiefly internal. Minimal use of external application is one of the principles of pimple management in homoeopathy. Message your complaints in detail for homoeopathic treatment.

Shine bright: 10 ways to ensure glowing skin this summer

Summers open the doors to shorts, ice creams, cool drinks, and swims. But while having all the fun, don't forget to take care of the largest organ of your body and that is your skin. Due to the strong and harsh rays of the sun during summers, we need to take special care of our skin which gets exposed to plenty of sun especially in a tropical country like India.

So, here are some essential skin care tips you must follow to ensure healthily and glowing skin this summer season:

1. Stay hydrated

Due to excessive water loss from the body through sweating, you need to drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated. Drink at least 15-20 glasses of plain water each day.

2. Wear sunscreen

Choose a sunscreen with SPF 40 or above and apply it on your skin 20-30 minutes before your skin is exposed to the sun. This helps in protecting your skin against harmful UV rays which can potentially cause skin cancer.

3. Use a protective gear

You should invest in a good pair of sunglasses, a hat or an umbrella as these provide further protection for your skin from the strong and harmful rays of the sun.

4. Wear minimal makeup

Try and use minimal make-up that is mineral-based instead of cream-based. Wearing heavy make-up during summer causes sweating and may clog your pores.

5. Clean your face often

Clean your face twice a day with a face wash. In addition, you can clean your face with plain water up to five times a day in case your work requires you to stay outdoors for long hours.

6. Go for exfoliation

While face wash can clean the face up to an extent, it is important to also use an exfoliating scrub on your face at least 3 times a week since all the sweat, oil and dirt clogs pores. A natural home-made scrub of curd, besan and honey soothes and cleanses the skin and can be used on the entire body.

7. Use a toner

You can go for a natural one (e. G. A mix of aloe-vera juice and rose water) or buy one from the market. In summers, toning your skin is very important since natural skin oils are secreted that may clog pores and cause acne.

8. Avoid peak sunshine

Avoid going out between 11 am to 4 pm if possible since the rays of the sun are harshest during that time and can damage your skin.

9. Remove tan

In case, your skin gets tanned in the summer, use simple home-made packs made of sandalwood powder, lemon juice, cucumber juice, tomato juice to remove tan and also give you a glowing skin.

10. Eat fresh

Eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as possible and avoid oily foods. Swap caffeine and alcohol for fresh lime juice and other fruit juices.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your problems. The symptoms you have mentioned point towards a psychiatric illness. Feeling low is normal, but as it is pervasive and persistent and associated with suicidal thoughts, I would advise you to seek immediate psychiatric consultation. With treatment (Medicines/Counselling), you should get better. The treatment has very good results. Also I would advise you to discuss your problems with someone close in your family/friends and also seek their help. Regards.

The problem is hyperpigmentation of the exposed parts-----no doubt that you do not go outside but those parts are continuously exposed as compared to your other parts and hence tanning of skin of exposed areas------------ homoeopathic treatment aucare complexion drops (wolfe dietri) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. Glow-aid fairness cream (adven) apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night bloome-203 soap (bioforce) wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap.

You can not stop hereditary baldness but you may delay it. Regular shampoo is not good since all the shampoos contain caustic soda almost. If you agree do it once in a fortnight and use our pure herbal, quality raw material based, properly processed combo intermittently. You will need to mix curd and/or olive oil. Also tell any problem of scalp - if exists.

Check your vitamin d3 and b12 status. You will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take small and frequent meals.

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. For dandruff problem: Take a bowl of curd, leave this for one day for making it sour and after that apply this curd on your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with water. Apply this in day time ONCE A WEEK. Do not apply in evening or night.
